Well I measure weekly...but I won't post an official "new" measurement until the 6th of Janurary...I'm seeing some change in the flacid though and I think the girth too. But we'll see!
I've had a T-vein...at least I'm assuming that is what it is. And I've just kind of tried to let it heal that and I just recently moved so I've not done "serious" Penis Enlargement since my last measurement...so who knows I really want this injury (if that's what it is) to fully clear up before I start back. I don't know if it is a real injury either....it's kind of weird.
Is it hard, the vein that is? I had a T-vein before, and it took some time to actually heal up. I was doing some sort of girth exercise, I think it was compressed Uli's. Hard, slow, intense Wet jelqs are king!
Actually turned out to be something worse....nothing!
I had been jelqing and such as per normal and noticed my -always- present larger topside vein being bigger than normal...even when limp. Anyway long story short it never hurt while erect I just increased circulation and thusly increased the size of the veins. I don't get 100% hard as easy now...which is kinda good kinda not good. So for the past week I've been doing JUST PC work...last night had a good session with the gf and managed to go "ouch" deep quite a bit...so I'm not going to focus on length right now....Starting tomorrow morning I'm going to start up girth work jelqing mostly not sure what other girth work there is to do with the hands...any suggestions?
I'd like to gain that .5" girth first then if/when I start length work it'll work as cementing for the girth (hopefully) anyway the current goals are to work on girth and work on dropping weight and lowering the fatpad cause as is when I'm 100% and pushed all the way in I get plenty deep enough.
I think you can get quite far just doing wet jelqs and dry jelqs. I'm pretty sure I'll hit my girth goal of 6" with just doing these two, because with all the other girth exercises it just seems to difficult to get very erect to do them effectively. Just stay intense, and add time as you go on.

Okay I've been doing a play (theater is my hobby/love) so I've been very busy. But today I decided I'd measure and then start back into the routine and hopefully put in 5 days a week for a few months before i hit another break. Anyway I've been kinda flirting with a routine since October never really staying completely on task. I've notice certain gains like harder erections, better vein visibility, and even some staying power (PC work I do nightly regardless)
but today I measured and didn't expect much it's in my sig the new measurements.
I managed to gain 1/4 an inch in [words=http://fleshlight.sjv.io/c/348327/302851/4702]FL[/words] and FG though! my EG when pumped/hand clamped even hit 5.25" !!! but without the hard PC squeeze and hand squeeze to measure it's just 5 so I'm not going to lie to myself. Still even though the gains are only on flaccid it's kind of inspiring! So I may not keep the log up to date but I plan to start back into the Penis Enlargement tomorrow. Wish me luck maybe the flaccid gains are what's to come in erect!!!
Man I took to the gym for a good month and a half doing some cardio and weight training for 5 days a week then shit got BUSY had two theater productions that overlapped and just did my last performance of the year today. So I'm going to try and drop 20 lbs before August and also get to 7" long and hopefully any girth gains....I got about 2 solid months so .5" length and anything on girth. I saw a rountine I think I'll try it seemed like it'd fit me better.
1 minute each hand then a minute rest after 2 minutes then back again
it's icecreams stretch method but I get kinda off track if I'm doing 3 sets of 30 and left right and center stretches so maybe this will work better for me. I'm also planning to do the PC work and the Jelqs...I believe I'm going to stick to 600 slow squash wet jelqs at 80%-100% erection level cause that's the overall best girth exercise and with my hopes to drop my fatpad girth is a bit more of an "important" measurement for me at least. I'm just about 6.75" long BPenis EnlargementL with a fatpad that's between 1.25 and 1.5 so if I can get that fatpad down to .5 or so...I'll be damn happy. Well wish me luck I'll try to keep updated daily as that'll help with motivation...and who knows I'm going to measure one time before I start then post those measurements and then wait until August of the same day to measure again.

not been around much...just started a new job at the start of August, but that also was when I managed to find a working routine too.
For the past 4 weeks I've done 300 wet 80-100% hard jelqs 5 nights a week. And 4 days a week I'd do bathroom stretches. 30 seconds straight out once every time I went to use the bathroom at work during my 10 hour shifts. I normally went 5-10 times a day but never kept a solid count.
Anyway 4 straight weeks and I kept a weekly log of progress.
So in just a month I've gained 3/8" an inch on my BPenis EnlargementL and 1/8" on my EG doing the mild routine I've been doing. For month two I'm doing 600 wet jelqs 80-100% erection and continuing the bathroom stretches. Anyway for the amount of work I'm pretty happy with the results. I'm not sure how much is cement if any, but I'm going to try and continue this routine for at least two more months and maybe change it up and intensify it after that.
Been a long strange journey so far...it's hard to believe that IF I had been on a steady routine and consistently doing Penis Enlargement I'd already have a full year's worth of work under my belt, but that's not the case.
August was a good month I had some nice gains doing a jelqing routine and some light bathroom stretches.
I'm starting a night/day routine and planning to stick to it until 2008 the goal is to hit 7.5" x 5.5" Length being bone pressed and girth being midshaft.

I plan to do this routine as I said at least 5 days on 2 days off until 2008 I'm not going to update here except to show measurements I'll snap photos each measurement period as well....it should also show my fatpad changes as I'm in the process of workingout to lose weight too.
