First off just wanna say this is a great site with lots of info and honest members I'm very impressed. So I finally decided to take the dive and give this a real shot I'm following DLD's [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] for now I have a 6 week plan after 6 weeks I'll see what I've gained and decide what to do from there. My initial plan is increase times every 2 weeks so by week 6 I'll be doing 20 minute stretches and 45 minute jelqings.

I'm keeping a small journal and tracking my sessions to help me stay on task I feel very good after the first night and even saw an instant gain in girth after the jelqing session so I'm positive this will lead to some added size in that important area ;)
 
Good luck man, you got a good routine going on there. Stick with it - 6 weeks is a good time to measure and you're goals are attainable with [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words]. Welcome.
 
I've hit some questions suddenly and I'm worried I may be wasting time so if anyone could help and give me a little more motivation that would be great.

First thing Penis Enlargement = no ejaculation....I mean it seems logical that if you're getting off you are going to need recovery time before you can do stretching/jelqing right?

Also if I notice a better stretch with one paticular stretch (in my case BTC gives the best pull) should I focus on that more than the others and maybe even drop the other stretches completely?

I'm going to do another routine following my current setup in the morning (a night to heal after some girlfriend action ;) ) then start following a strict morning routine...I'd like to know answers to these two questions before I put to much more time in possibly making my gains slow...So any advice/help would be GREATLY appreciated! Thanks again.

I try to limit it to once per week. This keeps me aggressive, which I like, and gives me something to look forward too. If you have a girl do it as much as possible with her, cuz you might one day not have her.

I wouldn't drop the other ones completely, but rather try increasing the intensity of those. And probably do more stretches that are feeling more effective (in your case BTC).

My stretching routine is based off of the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words], but it changes each session. I might slam the tunica one session, or ligs the next, or both, or change the kind of exercises I do etc... I think hitting the ligs/tunica in all possible angles from stretching with intensity is the key to gains.

Tomorrow I will probably do a light jelqing of maybe 5 minutes or 50 strokes in the morning since I have a job thing to go to, but I'm going to buy a few things I need to help me out with my routine, vaseline, latex gloves, baby powder. Then see if the better grip will give me more intensity in stretches! WISH ME LUCK!!!

This might have been my best session thus far for stretching I purchased some latex gloves and the grip was amazing I was getting solid pulling in every stretch! I'm going to step up my sets from 3 to 6 tomorrow and do 6 sets (30 minutes) of actual stretching. Would have stepped it up tonight but I'm tired just started a new job so I'm pretty worn out. Still put in the time to Penis Enlargement though!
 
Well I've been having some sexual affairs with the gf for the past few days so I've not had the time to Penis Enlargement...but the new plan is to hit it in the mornings before I get ready for work. Anyway here's the schedule.

Jelqing: 30 minutes
Warm Down: 15 minutes
Total: 1 hour 25 minutes

Jelqing and the Warm Down may be cut down depending on time.

So Monday I'm hit this again and work it in every morning!
 
Well after some down time cause of my job/girlfriend/school I've constructed myself a captain's wench and plan to hang/jelq to gain during Penis Enlargement

my planned rountine is this.

Week 1 -
hang 2.5 lbs for 45 minutes (3 sets of 15 with 2 10 minute breaks)
300 strokes wet jelq to ensure circulation is back to normal

Week 2 -
hang 2.5 lbs for 45 minutes (3 sets of 15 with 2 10 minute breaks)
300 strokes wet jelq to ensure circulation is back to normal

Week 3
hang 5 lbs for 45 minutes
600 strokes wet jelq

Week 4
hang 5 lbs for 45 minutes
600 strokes wet jelq

Month 2
hang 7.5 lbs for 45 minutes
600 strokes wet jelq

Month 3
hang 10 lbs for 60 minutes
600 strokes wet jelq

Month 4
hang 12.5 lbs for 60 minutes
600 strokes wet jelq


I'm going to go with 5 days on 2 days off and may change it later to 6 on 1 off.

One more day of 2.5 then I will go to 5lbs
Wrapping is really a key element of hanging still getting use to doing it
300 strokes jelqing (will step up to 600 after 2 weeks)
Warm Down- hot shower

Hey Aeroth I see you're hanging now, good luck! Man I know what you mean about scheduling around gf/school/work..I'm in the same boat as you. I'm a first year grad student and the amount of studying and class prep is unreal, I work 15-20 hours per week, I eat and train like a hardcore bodybuilder (I really am one just haven't competed yet), and now I'm starting to see this girl. I think I might be incorporating planned deconditioning phases (something along the lines of the IPR protocol that's floating around this board) very soon. Any comment? Have you read the IPR stuff?

Well I checked my LOT and it seems to be 6 =( BUT I'm not getting discouraged with this new information I've decided to target my SO and SU stretches...going to go back to the manual stretching as I've not got a good setup for weight hanging yet (or the privacy) so we'll see how it goes


SO all directions 3 sets of 30 secs with 3 extra center sets
SU all directions 3 sets of 30 secs with 3 extra center sets
Also did the cranks 25 each for SO and SU then I did a what I'm calling "floor jack" crank basically I pull myself SU and get the normal stretch pull/grip then I crank down towards the floor then back up fairly firm/quick did this a lot and also did some circle pulls where I just held a stretch then pulled around my penis in a circle path.

AWESOME GAINS! That's a solid first measure. It's good you're not going 3 months before seeing length increases like me.

Just a question though A, if you're current routine delivered such great results then why even change it/add frequency? I think you should keep it exactly as is because I now know from experience it's best to do the least amount of work possible in order to see gains. More work just kills your motivation to Penis Enlargement and you have crappy workouts, plus you risk overtraining. Just a thought.
 
Well had a small injury of sorts and am waiting it out a bit I don't want to hurt myself to badly. Quit my job and I'm moving so I will have more time...but not to much time. Plan to measure the 8th as I did before and see if I gained anything (not likely) but hopefully I can get back into the routine once this injury clears up...and end the month strong with 2 or 3 good days before I measure. Then I've learned from my mistakes! I've invested in a heat wrap electric system so as to ALWAYS warm up and down to ensure better results and less injury. Also the new rule is if I Penis Enlargement the night before I don't masturbate until the next night (if I do masturbate)

Also taking some Vitamin B complex daily now too (I need a metabolism boost and more energy so my mother suggested it) Then I should be back on the sweet track to gaining again!!!


If I could managed .25 a month like I got the first month I would reach my goal before spring!!! (that is extremely exciting) But I'm sure I will push past that goal if I'm getting that good of results...I'm already thinking of pushing for a full 8" BPenis EnlargementL...and if I can also lose weight I might be able to drop the fatpad under an inch (1.25 currently) and that will show off the equipment a lot better!

Got in a good routine tonight as my injury looks to have cleared up.

Warm Up (heating pad)

did my 3 sets at 30 seconds for
Straight Up
Straight Down
Straight Out

and also did 200 jelqs (starting back low to finish healing)

some light hand clamping (I like to look at it :P)

Warm down (hot compress/heating pad)
 
New routine starting tomorrow:

I have the expectations of each exercise if anyone is interetested.

Exercises:

1. Warm Up -3 minutes
2. Power Stretch -5 minutes
3. V Stretch -5 minutes
4. Ultimate Jelq -5 minutes
5. Circular Stretch -4 minutes
6. Warm Down -3 minutes

Well I've changed my routine...again and this one I REALLY like and think is perfect for me. It's a stretch + jelq routine and I cal it the A-Star Routine

A-Star Routine:

While lying on your back (after a good warm up)

First pull the penis straight up at the ceiling and hold for 30 seconds.

Next pull parallel with the floor and to the left or right hold for 30

Next up towards your chin or down towards your feet still trying to be parallel to the ground and hold for 30 seconds

That's 5 stretches for 30 seconds = 2 minutes and 30 seconds

I did 3 sets tonight but I'm going to do 4 sets to hit an even 10 minutes

each round of sets I try to add a bit more intensity.

Then I warm up after I finish and do 300 wet jelqs at 2 second squashes. Then wipe the area down so it's dry to the touch and warm down. Then some PC work and that's it!


Outline:
30 secs to the ceiling
30 secs to the right
30 secs to the left
30 secs to the chin
30 secs to the feet

300 2 sec jelqs

50 5 second hold kegals
100 quick kegals
1 ultimate kegal (I just hold for as long as I can)


Doing 2 days on 1 day off for the first 4 weeks then I'm going to do 5 days on 2 days off
