help pls
hi all i have been working out for about 6 months consistently and have not noticed any gains (still hoping to make good gains)pls assist me cos i am getting discouraged.I started consistent working out by first of this year i actually made it part of my new year resolution to be consistent and make good gains this year but till now i have not noticed gains.i am 5.25 girth and 6.5 length. i am not too keen on make gain length but on girth.

this has been my routine i warm up with a mentholated hot ointment (i use this instead of a warm bath cos its more convenient and accessible to me)for about 5 mins till i get a reasonable firmness then i do jeliq for 15 mins every day without missing (on days when i miss out i exercise 2 times of normal routine on other days).after working out i stretch for about 6 mins .i do kegals all through the process that is while warming up,jeliqing and stretching .

so i don't know why i have not still experienced my desired gains (still optimistic that with experienced guys here i will get there) if my routine is not good enough pls correct me.and tell me what i am doing wrong or what i need to do to get faster gains.i will also like to have answers to these questions.thanks in advance

1 i will like to know how long it will take me to get 2 inches in girth and 3inches in length?

2 apart from exercising what else can help pennis growth like any natural food supplement?

3 does kegal mean just contracting and taking in the anal muscle as if u are taking the anus back inside after defecating if not how best can kegal me done?

4 what can help in having a prolonged sex without ejaculating on time?

5 what is the average intercourse time before ejaculating 4,5,10 or 15 mins(without drugs)?
 
It will take at least a year to gain 3 inches in length - might even take longer.
And same for the girth.

Stretch for 30-45 mins with a good warmup and good warmdown and maybe try to advance the routine. (More advanced exercises and more intensity).
Gains will come - Try reading about the LOT and TGC theory.

Depending on how much you dedicate yourself, what routine you are using, the intensity and form in exercise, etc. it could take 6 months or 6 years. Very broad question so the best I can give is a broad answer. For myself I made a 2" gain in 6 months. My routines and exercises through my career are all on the MOS DVD or Website.

Diet and exercise have various effects on penis growth and exposure. When you are obese and lose a large amount of weight you will usually gain a lot of new exposed penis. Also, with exercise com stronger blood flow, something that will bring better erections and a heavier hang in general.

A kegel can be felt best while urinating. When you stop the flow of urine using only your pelvic floor muscles this is a kegel

Once you feel that you have reset this mental orgasm continue with the confidence that the physical orgasm is far off. You will find with practice this process will give you longer and longer periods of staying power. Eventually this mental reset will happen automatically with no pause.

The Squeeze Techniques
When you feel close to your orgasm completely stop, pull out, take a deep breath and apply one of these two squeezing methods. One method usually works better for men than the other so try them both.

BASE SQUEEZE: at the brink of orgasm stop, take a deep breath. Using the OK grip squeeze the base of your penis and squeeze until the urge has faded.

UP SQUEEZE: at the brink of orgasm stop, take a deep breath. Using the forefinger and thumb squeeze the top and bottom of your penis just below the glans until the urge to orgasm has faded.

DLD Push
The DLD Push is a technique to prolong orgasm and remain erect after orgasm. This method involved a hard reverse kegel right at the brink of orgasm. It takes some practice but once it is mastered 4-5 orgasms are possible.

Reverse Psychology
A great technique that seems to work very well for me is the Reverse Psychology method. Previously to having sex I convince myself that I am going to have problems ejaculation.

hi moderators and other senior members thanks for ur replies to my qustions i still have some other questions and i will appreciate ur urgent response just as i have numbered them.

1. back in the days i used to read that masturbation has some side effects like weak erections,lack of interest in the opposite sex, impotency lots of others is this true?pls expanciate on this.

2. i started working out in january this year,devottedly(i made it as one of my new year resolution to workout every day)till june when i measured my girth and did'nt see any improvement i got devasted and stopped working out for 2 weeks,after which i got my self back and started again.i increased my work out time to 30 mins(i was jelicking for 15mins a day) and made up my mind not to measure my size again till the end of the year so i dont get discouraged at any dissapointment so now its september 3 months after i have not noticed any visible increase but i still work out ,i only jeliq and do kegal while jeliqing (i dont stretch cos i am interested more in girth and longer erection)

3.what brought me into this forum was more because i wanted to perform better on bed the issue of size was less paramount though still important.most cases when i want to have sex the lady needs to play or suck my pennis before i realy get fully erect,and i dont bang for more than a minute or two i ejaculate,the most painfull part of it is that, after that round of sex i cannot make my pennis erect again.so pls i need attention i am 26 and have had sex on very few occasions just had my first sex last year.

Those are all myths and simply not true.
 
What's up Wire. I'm going to try and give you some coaching but you have to listen and pay attention.

You say you've been exercising non stop since January and in June had seen zero progress. Two things about that. 1) You did a very good job. Being that consistent is not easy and with devotion like that you will have no trouble finding the problem, the solution, thus making gains. 2) Since you had no gains in that 6 month time period you were not giving your penis the work out it needed to make the progress you want. I think it was Albert Einstein who said if something doesn't work the first way you tried it you have succeeded and finding one way that Doesn't work and you can try other methods.

So you haven't gained in 6 months now you know what Not to do.

If I were to offer you advice on your routine it would be that it is not intense enough. As the time progresses, for me, I notice I instinctively begin incorporating new stretches and new ways to do exercises. I get on the forums everyday and they are endless with strategies and proven working methods to having a healthier penis. Its free and you could never pay a cent and learn the ways of DLD.

Then theres the extras:)

I'd instead of stretch for 6 mins a day stretch for 30min to an hour a day with rests included and massaging circulation.

Heres a thread Ive been working on to help out other guys starting out with info Ive learned and has been showing me gains since my 2nd week.

I also would not wait until 6 months to measure just for the purpose of finding out you didnt gain with that much effort. If you want to wait and measure I would say once a month. Honestly I dont know what the fuss is I measure every day some weeks and then other weeks I dont measure for almost a month, but finding your place should be every couple weeks until you start seeing progress to help you discover your routine.

I think you should do 30 minutes to an hour of stretching. Being that you've done it for 6 months, your penis should be prone to it.
 
Funny, this is my third day into Penis Enlargement and I've already gained 1/2 inch in Girth. Stayed up all night doing slow squash jelqs to some ����. I suggest taking your time with Stretching, I did it in the shower for about an hour with the Hot water pouring down on my crouch. It feels really good when you do it slow and carefully, knowing where the muscles are and the effectiveness of the Stretches makes it rather soothing in my opinion, at least that's the way it should be - you'd be surprised how flexible your schlong is!

Jelqing still feels funny to me, however it hasn't been exempt from my sessions, I'm still trying to get the right technique down as the feel for it is still new to me. I do them after my Stretches and SSJ's, I know that there is a right way to do them, and as simple as the concept may be it does become irritating. But all it should feel like is the pumping of blood, picture a hose with a water bubble in it... Maybe we should practice Jelqing with a hose first :p

I'm not b.s.ing about my gains either in these past 3 days, you might wanna just wanna follow along with what I'm doing. . .
 
You have not ''gained'' 1/2'' in 3 days, trust me. Thoughts like this are what start all this ''cementing gains'' b.s. on other forums, weird theories and such. Gains do eventually come, but in time. Also, when gains are MADE, they do not go away. They also do not need to be ''cemented'', nor ''maintained''. Once you get a bigger dick, you have it for life. Maintaining the HEALTH of it, so it continues to function as you age ...that's another story. Not trying to be a dick or a Donny Downer, just giving you the truth. Keep at it, and you will gain. However, temporary swelling or tissue stretch is just that, not gains. There needs to be a flashing sticky post in every forum with this basic knowledge that seems for some reason, so hard for so many men to grasp.
