ime thinking of getting circumsized but ime afraid that it will hurt like hell and i hear you cant have sex for like 6 weeks, that would kill me, has anyone gone through this at a late age and can tell me how it was

First, this is a pro-foreskin part of the board so you're not going to get any encouragement.

I'll tell you this though; Unless there is any medical reason to do so, don't. It's such a blessing to be normal and natural. If you get circumcised, your penis will be uglier, it'll be MUCH less sensitive, and yes, at first, it will probably hurt.

You'll regret it. Seriously.

Why would you want to lose some feeling in your penis?

Unless you have serious medical issues that can only be solved with circumcision, it would make even less sense than removing your earlobes.

alright thanks guys, i was just thinking about it, i never really had a special reason, no medical condition or none of that. well i guess i wont be thinking about it anymore, i always thought that my dick would look better if it was, but its a done issue now.

Glad to hear it. You've made the right decision.

I have also been thinking about it.
But I have a good reason, my foreskin is really tight and a lot of the time its really sore after sex, and sometimes during.
And now I've started Penis Enlargement it also gets sore after that.
All manner of creams and stuff I've tried haven't really helped.
It's typical state is raw and inflamed. Not much fun.

Well, here is a different take on this: I have worked in the hospital over the years and have seen a lot of adult circumcisions. It is not that bad. Hurts, I am sure but it goes away quickly. The issue is that many, many on this forum have had bad circumcisions. They were cut as infants and the circumcision was close and tight. I was circumcised as a child and had a very loose and "excellent" circumcision. I have heard it was/is called a "german cut." I don't think that all circumcision is bad. Since doing Penis Enlargement I have restored my foreskin totally but really have had issues with it. I am over the issues and it is fine now, I accept it. But I liked being circumcised and my loose cut was comfortable and I didn't have a problem. GS

Rude God,
Have you tried a stretching routine along with steroid ointment? I believe the standard regiment is to apply the ointment twice per day for a few days, then to combine it with regular stretching. In a few weeks, you should notice some relief.

I don't know which ointments work best, but betamethasone is the one I saw recommended for this.

Have you consulted a doctor yet?

You need to actively stretch. I'm working on a concept to help someone in your situation.

Contact me if you'd like to help and would be willing to test prototypes.

Hey thanks for the replies guys.
Yeah I have tried steroid creams like eumovate, sometimes they help but not always.
Sure I would be willing to try out any prototype routine you might have in mind.

Shame about your position.

Short term you will think it is better, you will be under the illusion that your penis is bigger (especially the head). Then it will get progressively less sensitive and you'll end up regretting it.

If you do go through with it, discuss the various circumcision types with the surgeon, perhaps opting for a lose circumcision and keeping the frelum intact.

I personally have a frenelum that is too small... The skin wil expand enough, but the friggin frenelum won't stretch enough and it just plain huts when erect and skin is under the glan. Is there some tretment for that? Can the frenelum be stretched, just like the whole Penis Enlargement process?

Thanks

ggogeta,
I think that the same treatment would be recommended. Apply the steroid ointment or creme twice a day, and combine with frequent manual stretching.

You should be able to tell if it's helping within a few weeks.

Circumcision as an adult is complex surgery and there can be many problems ,both cosmetic and functional. Do not undertake surgery lightly and see the best surgeons as it is so easy to botch the job...
I had a circ at 30 and needed two emergency operations and ,even now, the effect is not wonderful! That said, I have no real regrets about having a circumcision even if cosmetically I do not pass muster...
The main problem is erections poist-op and stitches can come out.
The biggest difficulty is knowing how much tissue to remove.

Keith.
2" and holding.
4" diameter.
Grower and not shower.

Basically you are saying the frenelum can be stretched permanently?
