Just keep stretching - it might hurt, but do it gently at first, then as you get more used to it, add more tension, and hopefully in time it will get looser and less painful. Then if you can, try sex without a condom once you're a bit more used to it, and then hopefully over time it will loosen up.

I need to re-stress that what happened to me wasn't it tearing and ripping completely apart, more like a very slight rupture. There was some blood, but like I said it healed up within the same day, and now its less painful, and no less sensitive with respect to pleasure. I think it was just one of those things that needed to happen, it may well be the same for you. Just use your penis as you desire, and it should adapt to the stresses and strains you put on it. I've no doubt you'll be able to sort this problem out since you've made great gains which suggests you have a very adaptive organ there.

I got it done at 23, and I've regreted ever since. I am now 41 and trying to restore my foreskin. Doctors don't tell the whole story. Keep trying steroid creams. If you want to loose about 50% of sensitivity during sex, if you want to loose firm erections, (they cut veins in your penis also during circumcision), then circumcision is the way to go. Don't do it if you want to have a normal sex life.

I'd say there is many guys out there that are circumsised... more than 20 I'm pretty sure. At least on this forum I guess the uncut guys are the minority.

If you have a very bulbous glans and a too tight foreskin that can cause problems when the prepuce refuses to retract when aroused and the glans keeps swelling (paraphomosis) meaning a trip to casualty...
Best to see a specialist before that happens!
Usually men with overly-sensitive glans penises ejaculate quickly with minimal stimulation ?
Can you ejaculate when you masturbate ?
Some foreskins are "Ugly" too.

I still maintain that the largest percentage of men are circumcised whether for religious or cosmetic reasons be they Jewish, Arabic, Turkish, American or British. Older men (over 40) are more likely to be cut as are men from "hot climates".
Norway, Sweden, etc are cold countries and circumcision is rare.
I personally, am surprised just how many men (in London at least) are circumcised ...
20% of the population would be remarkably low .
Some nationalities (the Greeks) treasure their long prepuces !
The longer the better.

I had the surgery (it was elective since I had no medical problems that forced me to have the procedure done) in the morning..the surgery took about 30 or 40 minutes...I had general anesthetic...so I was completely out...I woke up in the recovery room...sat in the bed for about 5 minutes waiting to fully wake up...had some water...the nurse wheeled my bed to the bathroom so I could get dressed, and I put my pants on, my shirt, laced my boots (22 eyelets, mind you!) and I didn't feel a thing...no discomfort at all.

I had a pain killer perscription filled and only took 1 pill during my entire recovery period of about a month. There was never any pain whatsoever...I only took the one pill on the first day I was actually going to be up walking around for long distances...just as a precaution...but I didn't even need it. The only thing that caused little discomfort were the middle of the night erections which kind of pulled at the stitches and woke me up...but it didn't "hurt"...

So, basically, it all boils down to your pain tolerence...but I do not regret having it done at all...you DON'T lose all of the feeling...hell, it's been 5 months since my op and my glans is still sensitive! So, if you really want to go for it...do it! You wont regret it. I got it done because I wanted it...not for any other reason.
