I used to have the same problem, until I tore my frenulum while having sex with a tight girl. It was scary and embarassing at the time and I worried I'd done some real damage. But it healed up perfectly within a day, and now there's no problem with it.
So maybe you just need to go rip yourself on a really tight girl! Beats stretching for hours on end....

There is a surgery to disconnect the frenulum. Not that it is without risk and loss of sensentivity. So, if it is ripped, it could be possible that it would heal the same way as the surgery would.
You ought to try to save your fraenulum if at all possible as it is the most sensitive part of the penis and is full of rich nerve endings.
The fraenulum can be divided to lengthen it.
Most progressive surgeons will endeavour to keep your "banjo string" intact.

I use no lubricant, except for the women's but I just thought it was not normal that my frenelum was so small. I've seen some pictures on penis health sites and those guys get it all the way down. I barely can get in just under the gland. SO I was logically thinking about surgery.
But as I said, a pre-lubifricated condom + an excited women means no problem at all for me.

Pretty much. I'm saying once its torn, it's torn. The tight band that forms the frenulum is basically ruptured, so the tension in the ligament, and resulting pain, is just gone.
Yes it is bloody, and alarming. I thought I'd done some permanent damage, and envisioned weeks, if not months, of no sex.
But it healed up just fine, and now sex is less painful as well.
I was worried that aesthetically it would look bad but it looks better than it did before to be honest.
I'm not saying actually TRY and go out and get injured. I'm just saying if it does happen, and it may be likely if you have a tight frenulum as well, then don't worry about it. When it happened to me, I was in a panic until I saw my GP (and so was my girlfriend). So if it happens, save yourself the anxiety. Btw my GP informed me that it is a fairly common thing to happen to guys, and there's no adverse effects.

The surgery iteself would be done under local and involve "a snip" and some stitches.
If you do treat your frenulum the results of healing can be disastrous...
