Since having a blood blister from improperly vacuum extending with the SG, I've taken some time off and have been getting back to it slowly. This has gotten me studying some of the biggest gainers (as I have done since the beginning) and thinking about my own training. Similar to the primal movement patterns being foundational to physical training in the gym, I'm looking for the pillars that are indispensable to optimal Penis Enlargement. Here I will define "optimal" as obtaining the largest comprehensive gains (length plus girth) in the least number of movement patterns. This is not to say anything of time invested, but solely looking to cover all the bases.

PILLARS OF THE SUCCESSFUL Penis Enlargement PROGRAM

1) Some kind of jelq. Whether length is the goal or the girth is the goal, the biggest gainers have reported doing some kind of jelqing variation. Physiologically, the jelq seems quite foundational.
-Examples would include flaccid jelqing for mainly length, semi-erect jelqing for both length and girth, completely erect jelqing for girth and overall holding capacity, etc.

2) Some kind of stretch. This is obvious from studying the top gainers. All have used manual stretchers or the extender, with many combining.
-Examples would include expressive stretching for inner penis (__________ stretch), upward stretching for tunica gains, and ligamental stretching either manually or high-tension settings with an extender etc.

3) Strengthening the pelvic floor This is something DLD talks about a lot and I think it is largely overlooked from what I see people do. I know the message has not gotten through to me yet. I have seen this as supplemental, but reconsidering things, it seems more than that.
-Examples include kegels, reverse kegels, etc.

4) Healing in the "expanded" state (expanded being stretched state for length gains and clamped state for girth)
-Examples include Uncle Jim's Wrap, SizeGenetics, Cock Rings, etc.

Does anybody with a black belt in Penis Enlargement (i.e. 2'' or more length gain or 1'' or more girth gain) disagree or think there are more essential building blocks?

(For example, dedicated erect work is left off of this list. This may take the form of edging, erect stretching, or slow-squash jelqs, but I do not know if erect work would be considered a pillar or not.)

Great outline of basic fundamental Penis Enlargement i e. the jelq; an aeon long tradition of many cultures as well as manual/device stretching. Whilst I'm no black belt, I can attest to having gained a significant volume. I'd venture to include erect work, as well as (hydro)pumping, as my best temporary gains have been from the Bathmate, jelq, SSJ, etc. and it was over 1.5" of girth gain with little to no H2o retension, and I'll also venture to include some slidenafil citrate(Viagra) to aid in extensive girth sessions where I am no longer fatigued, but beyond fatigued. It is a splendor to have such principals, thank you for sharing.

I think you're right on the erect work.

I would hesitate to consider pumping indispensable, though, since the mechanism behind it seems similar to some others already on the list and few of the top gainers credit it in their success. Same with Viagra. I could see it being beneficial, but calling it indispensable (as opposed to supplemental) seems a bit of a stretch. I wonder how effective it is long-term to use something like Viagra in the manner you're talking about. I would imagine it greatly increases recovery time due to the intensity of the sessions. This isn't a bad thing, just something to investigate.

As a side note, my post wasn't intended to be an instructive list. It was just intended to see if there was anything else to add.

I agree that Viagra and pumping aren't absolutely necessary, I just find them to help immensely with girth sessions, and overall growth. Long term use of Viagra can be a little bit of a crutch if you don't medically require such, however with most things in Penis Enlargement, things should be taken slowly and prudently.

I find that excluding certain exercises or practices in Penis Enlargement is contingent on how people react individually to such exercises, i e. if there's pain, medical barriers, or plain ole belief system, and that's okay so long as you are willing to accept your current routine as beneficial.

When you start running into growth plateaus and other walls that keep from gaining, is the time in which is might be justified to dive into something more extreme or prodigious.
