Have you made gains in girth? It sounds like you are doing a lot of girth work but Length work should also be included to make length gains.
 
it takes time mate.

for me the trick to get to 7 inches nbpel was by doing erect stretches. both at the base and under the glans. and remember to tense up and release (like you do with dld blasters)

that shit let me jump right past the 7 inch barrier that had kept me back. but then again. this is my experience.

i never did erect stretches so it had some unused potential just sitting and waiting to happen
 
I too second having discovered that doing these motions which AimingfortheTop states, in the post prior to this one, also led to increased gains - in my case I'm getting more girth - slightly frustrating in that I wanted to get my length goal out of the way to then just get on with girth.

Consider how an erect stretch plays out like on a larger cock, you are battling to pull and keep a force on something which would be beyond most people's strength to tear. Meaning you struggle to keep a grip and maintain force. I argue that this then leads to you exerting a motion on the penis that would be very close or almost a very intense jelq with the penis at full capacity.
When we begin we are jelqing a much smaller mass of penis with thinner fibres and connective tissues(tunica etc), and ligaments (ligs) so our lighter jelqs stimulate the smaller penis sufficiently. As the penis doubles in volume it takes double the force to reach the same threshold of stimulus.

I feel this partly explains the 'plateau' or 'levelling-off' that most ppl experience, as did DLD around the 7-8" mark.

WATCH what you are doing with these more intense forces. I managed to injure the ducts and supporting structures along the side of the penis and the balls and it was good-bye erections for 10+ days. Do I need to point out that without erections you are not going to move ahead with any PE?

Everyone do focus and pay close attention to your body, aim to be precise when you move to this intermediate level of PE. You want max force WITHOUT causing injury to the tissues.

PLEASE HELP COME UP WITH A PE MANTRA.

My first attempt at making a saying for all to grow by:

Right force for longer duration gets the gains
Greater force for briefer duration only gets frustration & pains

well lately my stretching sessions dont look that interesting even when im supposed to stretch hope the LM gets to me asap

Stretching by hand bore me to death besides i have 15 days left before my measurement but yeah 15 days of stretching can get me something bro;)
