Hey guys. Im new to the PE world, and I still do not have any equipment. I started doing stretches around 2 months ago, then I measured at 6 BPEL, 5.5 in. Girth. I measured yesterday for the first time since, and my length has jumped to 7 BPEL, but my girth is still 5.5 inches. I do the stretches twice a day, morning and night. What stretches or exercises can I incorporate in my routine to help girth? At first it was about the length, but now I want the girth. I just started mixing some Jelqs in, and was wondering what else I can do. And can someone explain to me what a Bundle is? Seems I see alot posted about them. Is the 1 inch gain I got in 2 months average? Thanks for helping out so far!

Congratulations on the length gains, you must feel awesome! With girth, for some, it can be stubborn, like mine was. At the time I did not have access to the BathMate, which is the best possible way to gain girth when used the right way. Most men are using the SRT 5x5x3 routine to gain girth and fast! This is a combinational exercise that uses the SlowSquashJelq in conjunction with the Bathmate and WOW does it kick butt! So this is the fastest way to gain girth.

Bundles are an exercise that I originally created for length work. It never really took off until the last couple years. It did bring length very well but for some reason it got buried in the archives. When I was creating the SRT routine and study I ran into a wall with limitations centered around the Tunica. I thought of many things but it dawned on me that if I wanted to break down the Tunica (which has a density of 95% respectively) it would take more than a simple stretch, it would take something much more powerful and BOOM, Bundle Stretches came back into focus. It turns out that Bundles effectively break down the Tunica allowing for greater length and girth gains. I suggest 5 minutes before both length and girth work. If you have a membership to the Members Video Site you can watch a video HERE. If not, here is an illustration that should help you understand the process.

With the LengthMaster (which is by far the most powerful way)
