I'm not sure if you care which company you get the parts from, but apparently there's no shipping charge to the U.S. from this site: http://www.x4labs.com/penis-extender-spare-parts.php

I've never used them, so I can't offer any opinion as to their customer service or product. I will say, though, that their prices seem pretty high. $40 for 4 silicone nooses. I just priced 50' of silicone tubing for $35.

I want one with 4 slots. I don't think that that one has 4 slots. I probably have 2 slots att the top and the slim, long hole for the rubber strap.

Ahhh, I see! Could you drill the holes yourself? That would be a much cheaper way to go? The plastic is dense enough that it would not split.
 
I know that was what I was thinking about doing. Have some extra cheap front pieces that it might work with.

Will try to do that later.
 
Drilling should work. Make sure you grind out a starting spot with a knife or a sharp little jeweller's screwdriver first so that you get the holes in the right spot otherwise the drill bit is likely to wander.

I did this mod, (and made slots for the velcro mod), on the weekend with the head piece from an Andropenis extender without issue.

Game on I say!

Still not clear on how this Vlc thing attaches to the size genetics??? Mine has the comfort strap with slim slots as opposed to holes for the noose.. if anyone can explain this id appreciate it.. mod looks cool.

Wrap the comfort strap over the metal clip then cinch it down tightly

Be careful with these guys - my order didnt arrive -then it took ages for them to even reply to my emails, before finally sending replacements -which I again had to chase!
