first of all,i would like to introduce my self.i am 20 years old and i know for Penis Enlargement for 5 years now.i started doing the newbie routine that this site has from DLD.i did it for 3.5 full months with no gains at all.my routine was 500 jelqs every day(6 on ,one off) with 15 minutes stretching every day.also the last month i am wearing the autoextender for 4 hours a day and i do 500 jelqs of 2 sec each and 10 minutes stretching and 5 minutes handclamping ,but no results yet.i take some vitamins also.i am extra confused guys i dont know what to do.i don't take any medication for hair(like proscar) or any pill for psychological reasons.i masturbate one time every two days.i am healthy in general.i am a smoker.i do 20 cigarretes per day but the really slim one that contains 0.1 mg of nicotine and 2 mg of monoxide.my mental state says that Penis Enlargement WORKS and i know it works.doctors say it works.they give an extender after the surgery!!(so it works!)anyone can help me??i would be happy to gain only 0.5" in girth and 0.5" in length in 2 years!!i dont want much!!help me
 
one friend that is a member here told me to come to aks for help.the same person gave me the newbie routine that this forum has it for free.although i know all the exercises of DLD from thunderplace.they copy his exercises and they give them another name.they are assholes in my opinion.please guys here.tell me what to do.i want many different opinions on what will work for me.i would do anything.i am trying for 3.5 months with no results.i have given a lot of money and i dont care.i want to go bigger.i will donate a lot of money if i succeed with your help.this forum is well organized.
 
A possibility is that you might have started too slowly and conditioned yourself without ever exerting enough force for gains. I'd suggest taking 3 months off of all Penis Enlargement and then starting over with the newbie routine.
 
i agree with you spinner 2.that my be the reason that you haven't gained at all.although i would like to hear the opinion of other experienced members!!
 
make sure you using proper form on the jelqs. 15 minutes stretching is way too low in my opinion. Increase time + intensity.
 
well.15 minutes stretching + 6 hours extender is just enough to see a sabstansial growth.come on guys.dont tell me to increase intensity.i pull my dick like crazy for 3.5 months,i jelq at high erections and stretch in many angles for 15 minutes with power and stretch with the extender for 6 hours every day.i started slowly at the begining with 15 minutes jelqingh + stercthing and now after 3 months i do all these stuff but i havent gained a cm...nothing at all.i hope that someone in my posisition that has gained maybe can help me.DLD are you there,RED ZULU,SUPRA!!!HELP GUYS!!!!!ANY IDEAS?
 
Dude, i feel ya dawg...

Think of things this way, there are dudes that go for a whole 6 months to a year without gaining anything. This is due to various factors. I will name a few of the most common and you can try and see if you are doing the same mistakes or you can work around the gaps.

Sometimes dudes go overboard and become obssessed about Penis Enlargement when they don't get any gains despite working a lot. There are 2 problems right here, going overboard and getting obssessed. Overboard meaning too much too early which, in turn, means too many exercises and too much strenght applyed before penile tissues are "ready" to be "violated". I will explain this of course, The body has an embeded "mechanism" with one purpose only, to survive abuse of any kind that puts your survival in jeopardy. Understand that anything that MIGHT get in the way of the continuation of the species will be dealt with full force defense from our body. This mechanism is often called FIGHT OR FLIGHT system. In this frame of mind, when you start doing things with too much force or intensity, the body will miss-interpret the whole thing and tag it as an offense to the body that could put your survival at risk. This means that the penis will "overcompensate" to endure such abuse and make it damn near impossible to stretch cause all of the structures inside the penis as well as all ligaments and tendons are being "told" that they are in danger.

All of this just to ilustrate that you HAVE to prepare the penile soft tissues for all the "abuse" they will have to endire in order to get bigger.

Being obssessed makes you impatient and this is in all ways, shapes and forms contrary to success in Penis Enlargement. Relax, be cool about it, set a short term and a long term goal to keep you on your toes and motivated. You will gain.

Besides these there are a host of other bumps in the Penis Enlargement road like:

- Not warming up properly as well as warming down. ( yes, down )

- Not having full comprehension of what your individual anatomy might be ( LOT, High or Low Exit points, Previous work, Previous experience as in pump usage or not, and some others that are not so important )

- The girth work before lenght also compromisses lenght gains cause a thicker penis is much harder to stretch. So do it lenght first.

etc.

So i say, get your act together, take a 30 to 40 days deconditioning break, start the newbie routine again and DO NOT MISS ONE STEP. Kegels included for the obvious reasons.
Try to do the exercises in a hot tub cause IT WILL make it easier to stretch and it is also much safer.
Don't masturbate AFTER the exercices, if you can't resist the temptation, do it BEFORE the exercices, about 1 hour beforehand. ( pun intended :D )

Do all of the above and I GARANTEE YOU THAT YOU WILL GAIN.

As allways, be on the safe side of the Penis Enlargement road.

Be consistent;

Start the first week going 1 day on 1 day off, go one to the next week doing 2 on 2 off, 3rd week 3 on 1 off until you are doing it 6 on 1 off.

Measure properly after the break, lenght and girth, lenght measure it bone pressed with a clear plastic ruler across the middle top of the penis to the very tip while horizontal and paralel to the flor at a 90 degree angle; girth you measure with a cloth tape ruler at the base, mid-shaft and head both flaccid and 100% erect bor both counts.

Record all this data cause the proof is in the pudding and these numbers will be your pudding when you remeasure 3 months after restarting.

If you are not sure what i mean here just ask mate. This is not my native language so i might be a litle off on some details.

probably the best advice i heard.i had to inform you that i dont do any warm up ,or warm down.IF YOU HAVE READ the Penis Enlargement survey it says that there is no correlattion beetween doing a warm up or a warm down with gains.so i didnt do any warm up or warm down.tell me one way to prepare the warm up quickly.can i use a ball o water and to put it in the microwave?

Dude i have no idea what the penis size survey may be telling people but think of it man, any muscle you workout at the gym you warm up beforehand so you don't risk injuries right, same with ligaments, joints and tendons.

Common sense really, warm those ligaments at the base of your penis well, before the workout that is, and then do the exercises.

There are many options as to go about warming up and you can search for those threads and read them carefully so you can understand the necessity.

My favorite method is filling a cotton sock with raw rice and heat it on the microwave until it is warm, ATTENTION i said warm and not blazing hot, that will burn you and the scar is forever mate. Warm is enough.

Then you just place the rice filled sock on your dick and let it sit there for 5 minutes.

Or you can take a hot shower and heat the area with the water flow as hot as you can stand WITHOUT burning yourself of course.

Then you have infrared lamps that also work very well in heating the deep tissues and helps a lot with gains. Too expensive IMO and amount to the same as the cheap rice sock :D

i have a nice size as it is.probably 7.25" bone pressed.not flaccid stretch.my flaccid stretch is 7.5".my non bone pressed is 6.9" and is nice length.my base girth is 5.4".my mid girth wants improvement.if i could just have 5.5" mid girth and 6" base girth with 7.5" non bone pressed length i would be tottaly happy with my size and confident.but when i think that my cheecks have fucked probably way thicker guys than me ,i get confused with this idea and angry.maybe it is an obsession as you said before.i started my decondition period from today with one masturbation or sex every three days,to be nice decondition.how many days off would be right to decondition my self after 3.5 months of Penis Enlargement?are 40 days enough?i hope that will work.
 
Hi there, 30 to 40 days will be enough mate. Try going about all the steps i wrote you about and then you will get back to gaining.

i have an extender so from the second week i will start using the extender and the (2 on ,1 off) for every day.i want to start growing.its is a peety that i am very young,i am healthy with really high testosterone and can gain average.i am the slowest gainer that exists and i am the stronger believer that Penis Enlargement works and improves erection.i hope that it will work.i would love to be 5.2" with 7.6" non bone pressed in july cause this summer i will fuck the hell out of cheecks.
