Hi y'all. I have been doing the newbie routine for 2 months. Now, my routine is 4 hours of extender stretches, 3 x 10 minutes of clamping, and jelqing when I get a chance. I am trying to figure our my exact bpel to track my gains. I heard that I am not supposed to measure right at the bottom, so I put the ruler a bit above the base. Is this the correct bpel measurement? Appreciate any input.

Welcome to the forum. Yes this is the right way to measure but that ruler you are using seems to start at .25 before the first inch. I suggest you find a way to remove the .25 from the starting point of the ruler. Impressive measurement.

Welcome to the Brotherhood DickSorcerer! You are measuring perfectly and it looks to be about 7" (2" above average). If you are looking to turn up the intensity from the Newbie Routine I suggest SRT, there is no workout that brings gains like SRT, nothing! Look it over and let me know where I can help you.
