okay um... we i started pe'ing my penis was 6.5" in length, i dnt bone press wen i measure, girth 4" i knw skinny... now im 7" length an 4.5" girth... my length hits my baby right.... but i think i may be lackin some girth... guys give me the best way to gain the most girth i can.... with only exercises tho... thanks alot in advance...
 
I would say try some jelqs, then move up to ssj. Then if willing, Redz Frendo. Intense girth work out. Boosts girth gains! Hope I was of any help.

I agree and I don't. Today I read about the Frendo for the first time and, yes, it looks extremely promising and I am sure that it is one of the best exercises, but make sure to build up to it. My advice would be to just start to have 1 hour of MOS per day and rad every day for 1 hour thread and stuff. This way you will have the knowledge and will know why it actually works instead of just and advice you are not sure if helpful or not. When you have the knowledge on how Penis Enlargement actually works- you will be competent enough to make the best girth routine for you. Start with some ordinary jelqs and upgrade slowly, but surely. Read the SRT thread to understand how Penis Enlargement actually functions and start reading about the pumps on the site. Before you even know you'll be combining the extreme exercises as Frendo, clamping,pumping and SSJing. (and even more). Check out page 1 of my thread for 2 routines on gaining girth with a Bathmate. Also, I feel girth is something that should be cycled.. Ie. workout for 3 mnths (arbitrary time), gain, cement, then stop for 3 mnths (arbitrary time). Repeat. PGE1 is a good tool for gaining girth and isolated LONG edging sessions (2+ hours - DONT EJACULATE) help get a good pump. Read my thread, I have lots of scattered stuff in there. I've had great luck with girth but my length isn't enough so I can't get back to working it yet.
 
okay guy's i've been doin girth blasters an slammers an after each rep of slammers i do a ssj an my penis is lookin fatter in flaccid but its harder to get erections an its softer...
 
Hmmmm, I think that DLD himself should reply to why this is like that. Penis Enlargement is supposed to help erection quality, not to ruin it. Maybe your dick needs a little bit more rest or something...

I am lost to where penis enlargement causes any kind of erection dysfunction if sessions are planned and practiced with proper understanding of self limits and how far he can go before EQ becomes effected negatively. But, even with that said, much of Penis Enlargement is getting to a state of total fatigue and taking advantage of this time, again, if timed properly this can be worked into any routine. The reason fatigue helps us in pe is because it allows for us to stretch the penis with no restraints of the pelvic floor muscles, a very effective way to train the ligaments. Now, we do not have to work ourselves to the point of fatigue to simulate this state. If you have regular sex or masturbate with some frequency, the state your penis is in after orgasm, while it is flooded with hormones, called the refractory period, is the optimum time to train for length. Read SRT to get better understanding of this and also keep checking back as a big update is about to happen to the routine.

What dld wrote above is about using that "fatigue"-like state after O's to stretch hard for length while you're all loose.
Girth may suffer a little in progress from orgasm during or right after the girth routine. Maybe do 4 supra spammers then don't touchy, distract and let the stimulation subside... do another move next. Something less stimulating?

Also read about edging as a way to increase your sexual stamina. I think its a thread stickied in the sexuality forum. Get to the brink, don't stop entirely but sl-o-w-w down and get thru the "brink's feeling... can get good control of your orgasmic trigger /responses thisway? I'm just starting to do this after my girth routines I put on cockring and kinda edge to stay expanded... fondle self fir a while to keep it up as long as possible... kinda cool to have an hour + erection...

um... when i started pe'in i did all the workouts it had on pegym in one session i use to spend 2hrs... i've started with the difficult stuff.. will tis hinder my gains??/ an hw to rectify tis situation?
