Hi all, long time mos member, don't post too frequently, I havnt done length training in about 7-8 years, just been jelquing and last 2years bathmate aswell, I'm fine with girth for now, I mainly do my "sessions" last few years just for general Erection quality, but have consistently added girth as I've went. I'd like to start training length again for a while, and then stop after I cement them (I didn't lose any length when I stopped years ago)

I stopped doing them because I didn't really enjoy the sessions, and I noticed erection fatigue after them aswell, where as the jelquing would leave me feeling like a stud long after I was done with them.

My question to dld or any others with proven track record of making the length gains, what would you recommend I implement into my daily routine of ssj & bathmate ? I'm hoping for something that won't leave me too fatigued or take too long, but at the same time the gains are what is most important so if I have to go through it abit I'm willing too, I know what it takes, I gained just over 2" length before I stopped, my length routine was the newbie stretches just trained at great intensity. I now have a bathmate which I never had before, I've been experimenting with stretching whilst in the bathmate in the shower, seems like I can get a really deep stretch doing this, and I feel "full" and girthy after them, which I like, I didn't like after my old stretches I would feel very flaccid and not as full, I like to promote girthy fullness as much as I. An as I feel this is a better state to "heal" in after training.

So, any advice ?

I think you're exploration of BM Expressive Stretches is a great way to start, (I've incorporated those a while ago and can feel that 'deep' pull unlike any other exercise). You can also add The LengthMaster to your PE stable, I use it in the shower for warm-up stretches, bundles, etc. but I mostly go 'hands free' with trapped behind my thighs/cheeks which allows for a very aggressive stretch/pull by using my torso as a lever, (also allows me to do my normal shower duties and PE at the same time...two birds :)) Give it a whirl and see what you think

I believe by now you would have gotten to 9 inches if you kept on using your length master together with the mityvac. If I recall correctly, you said you are currently at 8.5 inches now.
