In addition to what everyone else said, don't forget to make sure your hormones are in check bro. Very important. Actually in my experience, this is WAAAAAY more important than any exercise you could possibly do.

What I mean is, no bad fats or sugar in diet. No microwaving food in plastic. No using unnatural detergents for washing your clothes. All these throw your male hormones out of whack and rendering your penile exercises (including length oriented ones) much less effective than what they could be. Remember, your penis responded to HORMONES and not to "exercises" when you were hitting puberty and beyond. That does not change now either.

Yes, hormonal balance is very important (mainly HTPA in men) due to the relativity it plays in cell proliferation and many other health aspects. However, if normal Testosterone levels are apparent, then the estradiol sensitive to androgen balance is most likely in check, which in turn will help regulate progesterone production. I have to agree that when hormones are unbalanced in men, for example if a man has developed gynecomastia (man boobs), the potential for overall health can be diminished. Basically, hormones are a whole other topic which you seem to have knowledge about. That being said, I believe when you get your hormones in check, exercises are very important, if not more important. Most men have balanced hormones post-puberty (with the exception of aging men, or bodybuilders who have damaged their natural HTPA with the addition of exogenous application), in my opinion and experience. That majority of men then can reap the benefits from P.E. exercises. Shit I mean just kegels alone will do wonders, even if hormones aren't optimal.

Your emphasis, about healthy eating and exposure to unnatural elements, has merit. However, I don't believe they are the sole determinants in successful P.E.

Even though it is true- he was just trying to sell his stuff. After posting this he opened a new thread where he wanted money from users to put them on his Penis Enlargement revolutionary routine. What his routine was about was increasing testosterone levels naturally and reprogramming the subconcious. It is pretty true that hormones play huge role in this as well :)

Real2123: You are gaining. But your problem maybe that you have a sub-par blood flow circulatory system. This can be due to smoking, drinking, obesity, age, etc. So just take supplements such as N.O.S, L-Argine, Extenze, etc while you are working out. These supplements will help put the blood where it needs to be for your gaIns. So dont give up.

Is it possible to have gains by just doing the stretching and jelqing? Or do you have to do more than that?

That's what got most people their gains, especially before all the devices started coming out

I just started. About how long should it be before I start noticing any gains?

Can you get any gains from just doing phase one of the MoS program? Is that possible at all? Or is it in phase two where you start noticing things?

Sure you can gain with Phase 1! It also helps condition you for the next more intense routines and exercises that you'll progress into as your newbie gains are exhausted. I did the newbie routine for about 6 months before I stopped seeing significant gains, and I still incorporate the stretches and jelqs outlined in the newbie routine almost everyday on top of my hanging and Bathmate sessions. I love the newb routine it's so easy and powerful.

How much can you possibly gain from doing just phase one? I am starting out at 6" and I want to get to 7.5" right now. is it possible to do that with phase one?

Dld said he gained 2 inches with it, so maybe. But I wouldn't count on it to be honest

Alright, I guess i'll just keep doing it and see what happens.

He also said he didn't measure too much at the start. May have merit for others, time will tell.

Just a heads up. I decided to start hanging. I made a simple rig with some pipe strapping material and a piece of pipe insulation. I added some screws on the side to hang things from. Much more intense than manual stretching and also more steady and consistent over time.

I use a gallon jug of water as weight. Wish me luck.

Man I am very hard length gainer, i don't see any results, it has been a month now almost. Flaccid, i do see results, it looks larger, but I care about erect length.

This is what I do:

Behind The Cheeks to the Left: 30-seconds
Behind The Cheeks to the Center: 30-seconds
Behind The Cheeks to the Right: 30-seconds

Straight Down to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Down Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

Straight Out to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Out Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

Straight Up to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Up Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

And then I jump to power assist. I do all 4 directions, 60 seconds each. Sometimes, I do each direction 2x.

This is quite bit of stretching exercise effort I'm putting in here.

I also apply a pea size portion of hydrocortisone cream.

And then I do jimmy wrap for about 1-2 hours.

I try to do kegel/reversel kegel as much as possible when i do exercises.

Usually takes me 30 minutes a day.

I do my length exercises 4-5 times a week.

I also do jelqing + batHydromaxats for 20 mins = 3x a week.

WHAT AM I DOING WRONG? OR AM I JUST IMPATIENT with erect length gains???

Do I need to increase the intensity? but after exercise i can feel my dick is stretched on every angle and feels like enough.

Your guidance is appreciated

You haven't trained for a month, you shouldn't be expecting gains at the time you created this thread. The routine is not intense enough.
