Man I am very hard length gainer, i don't see any results, it has been a month now almost. Flaccid, i do see results, it looks larger, but I care about erect length.

This is what I do:

Behind The Cheeks to the Left: 30-seconds
Behind The Cheeks to the Center: 30-seconds
Behind The Cheeks to the Right: 30-seconds

Straight Down to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Down Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

Straight Out to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Out Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

Straight Up to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Up Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

And then I jump to power assist. I do all 4 directions, 60 seconds each. Sometimes, I do each direction 2x.

This is quite bit of stretching exercise effort I'm putting in here.

I also apply a pea size portion of hydrocortisone cream.

And then I do jimmy wrap for about 1-2 hours.

I try to do kegel/reversel kegel as much as possible when i do exercises.

Usually takes me 30 minutes a day.

I do my length exercises 4-5 times a week.

I also do jelqing + batHydromaxats for 20 mins = 3x a week.

WHAT AM I DOING WRONG? OR AM I JUST IMPATIENT with erect length gains???

Do I need to increase the intensity? but after exercise i can feel my dick is stretched on every angle and feels like enough.

Your guidance is appreciated

you're too impatient. Wait another month and measure again. Also an increase in flaccid length usually indicates forthcoming erect gains. So don't worry, it's too early for that.
Additionally you could also do some erect stretches (the angle to choose is your natural erection angle, of course!) here and there.

Do downward Admiral stretches. They stretch your suspensory ligament. Hydromaxmmm... maybe this should be renamed the downward dog like the yoga move. Or, perhaps the Downward Seadog in keeping with the pirate theme.

Reach under/behind your balls with a U grip of thumb and forefinger. The U shape with the fingers pointing up. Pull your hand forward so your balls hang in front of your fingers. pinch through the skin and feel for the ligs along the top of the shaft, then grip through the skin between the shaft and the ligs. Pull your shaft down and you'll feel it in your ligs. Do this and you'll gain instantly. I think easily .25 in a weeks time. I thin most can gain a .33% onto their length. I was at slightly less than 6" now slightly less than 8" All my gains came from lig stretches. I was never able to get anything from other stretches.
 
Admiral, I have a question, what was your LOT before and after? Have you always had a high LOT and exit point or you were like me at 6:00 LOT?
 
I don't know what my LOT is. I just do Penis Enlargement and see what happens. I can tell you I pretty much maxed out on length years ago. I was doing a lot of Uli's and have had to stop Penis Enlargement for a while because it damaged my nerves; not good. I would warn everyone away from Uli's. Get a pump instead.

But my main gains in the past 2 years were all girth which is fine. But my flaccid is still small, maybe 4" and pencil thin. I am off the market for good now as far as showing the beast around, but I'm sure it would cause some wide eyes when seen going from 4" and thin to nearly 8" and thick. ha ha

How much have you gained in length? I mean- you can max your lig gains and then go for tunica and expressive stretches. Have you maxed all?:)
 
Admiral I've been doing those stretches for more than a month as part of my routine and haven't gained at all. So I wouldn't be guaranteeing that much of a difference in just a week lol. Unless I'm doing them wrong

I just realized I was thinking of a different but similar exercise. I tried this, but to me, all of it feels like a collection of cords. How do I know which is my ligament and what to squeeze?

A lot of questions here, yet I have to add some more: what kind of nerve damage did you suffer from? Which kind of symptoms do you have or had? and last, but not least: there are several variations of the Uli; which one do you mean? what I consider as a basic Uli is a simple constriction of the penis near the base (done with hands or a ring or a clamp). If you'd mark that kind of technique as dangerous you would be very limited in options when it comes to manual girth exercises since every technique I know of (except the classic jelq) incorporates constriction of some kind. I'd be very grateful for an answer. thx up front

I do jimmy wraps. but only 2-3 hours per day. I do my stretchings with kegels about 30 mins, and then when i change the jimmy wrap i do cranks and a few more stretches before i put it back. Man, it has been 1 month, with all the exercises with grit i invested 40 hours almost with 0 gains ROI. It's really frustrating. I just want to see tiny gains to encourage, everyone saying be patient but i don't know.
 
I been dong Penis Enlargement off/on (medical reasons) for the last year, I'm no expert, but I learned the basic concept to Penis Enlargement gains is "Plasticity" and consistency, which requires patience and time. MikeShlort wrote a nice post, ""Everyone-Should-Read-This", which I found helpful. Also, Penis Enlargement isn't a race on the bullet train, it's more of life-style for its health benefits to build strength, stamina, and size through consistency and ample time.
 
Yeah that collection of cords in there is what you are aiming for. Two of them will move around, thos are your seminal vesicals or whatever they're called; don't squeeze on those feel around till they are not within your grip. There will be a larger cord in there that is your suspensory ligament. Someone on here posted a medical pic that shows exactly what I am talking about.

Yeah it's kinda gross to look at, but it shows the skin above the pubis pulled away. ahhh, spermatic cord that's what I meant. ;) Anyway, you can see that ligament. It's target numero uno for doing stretches. I gained about 2" just from stretching that bad boy.

When you do these lig stretches you are holding that Big U of index and thumb around your shaft. Where the grip of those two fingers meets is between the shaft and the lig. So in that photo you'd be griping under that fat lig and pinching through the skin in order to put tension on the lig as you pull down the shaft.

Hmmm... Nerve damage, Well my dick is not as sensitive as it used to be. Hit a spot where suddenly my dick was super sensitive and then went past that into a numb state. I was doing a combo of a lot of things. Base clamping and holding the expansion in my cock. Some playing around with then jelqing the base to make the head even tighter and more expanded.

Can't remember the name of it, but DLD's base clamped where you mash the head down; those are what gave me serious girth increases. I swear by them. I started doing a version I call kick stands where you lie on your side and clamp the base then press your head into your palm and roll toward it so your mid shaft is getting massive pressure and you use your own body weight to hold the pose.

I'll have to look for tunica and expressive work outs. What are the best of those? And how much have people gained from those type of work outs?
 
Could it have been the last exercise you spoke of that caused nerve damage?
 
Yeah, I read Mike's thread as well and personally I find it very intriguing (the par where one must do length before girth is what caught my eye the most).

Admiral- Slow Squash Jelq? Oh, and one more thing to ask- did you start with the newbie routine or something more light? I mean- in order to max the ligs- did you go slowly and steadily or just stretches the shit out of that dick LMAO
 
Idk if I'm doing the right Admiral. Since I'm not certain which cord is safe to grab, I do my best to just kind of get everything and stretch it away from my penis as I pull it down. Sometimes I feel a good stretch, other times I get nothing. It's a hard exercise to get down right lol
 
I am right there with you. Spent the last year doing intense length workouts an only 1/8 - 1/4 len gain. I started off with SG stretching as far as I could go, and then switched to hanging, starting at 10lbs an quickly working my way to 20-25lb, for 1.5 hrs a night. I spent two years prior constantly using cock rings and used a pump for awhile before that, so I likely have fibrosis although I don't know if there is a way to tell visually. My cock is a lot stronger and thicker, I've gained a 1/2 - 3/4 inch in circumference from just doing length exercises, just not much actual length.

I'm going to take a month or two off, and try again using very light exercise (mostly hands) and the PABA/DSMO mixture along with a lot of heat.
 
In addition to what everyone else said, don't forget to make sure your hormones are in check bro. Very important. Actually in my experience, this is WAAAAAY more important than any exercise you could possibly do.

What I mean is, no bad fats or sugar in diet. No microwaving food in plastic. No using unnatural detergents for washing your clothes. All these throw your male hormones out of whack and rendering your penile exercises (including length oriented ones) much less effective than what they could be. Remember, your penis responded to HORMONES and not to "exercises" when you were hitting puberty and beyond. That does not change now either.

Your routine looks fine for the most part and you are seeing flaccid gains. Patience and perseverance is required.

Try switching to a 3 on, 1 off routine.
