Ok,so you want to gain girth yes?Create a progress thread in the progress section of the forum,and post daily,so we can see what you doing wrong .
I think your girth routine is too much,that's why you don't gain.
That's 20 min pump and 20 min clamp + manual exercises..sometimes going overboard will not work.This it what i suggest you to do:
Warm up - 5 min
Bundles stretches - 5-10 min
5 min
BathMate
5 min
SSJ/Jelqing
5 min
BathMate
5 min
SSJ/Jelqing
5 min
BathMate
5 min
SSJ/Jelqing
Warm down - 5 min
All girth exercises should be done at 100 % erection level
Apply cock ring for as much as possible,if the expansion fades away,remove the cock ring and do a short 5-10 min jelqing or
SSj set.
Remove clamping from your workout,clamping is dangerous,and you don't need clamping when you have a
BM imo,much safer.
Do you still want length?because 8.5" in length is pretty damn long.If you still want to train length,add the
newbie routine stretches for you length workout.But make sure it's a different session,don't combine length and girth workout in a chaotic way.Do length in the morning ( newbie stretches ) and girth in the evening ( the routine i posted above ) or viceversa.
