It also really helps with good, heavy hang of both the cock and balls. When I was heating back in the day I always hung at almost my erect size. Well, I also did a lot of ACE work and Testicle Health Stretch and Massage...but I think it all went to training my penis to remain long and heavy.

Definitely my hand was so good back then when i warmed down with a hot cup of water. THose were the days.

I still use that old method i get a cup of hot water n a sock...there are tons of other things like the rice sock.etc etc

Maybe you are just taking too much on at once. You may be like me and need exclusive focus on what you are doing. If you are going for length only that greatly simplifies the task. I would stick exclusively with this workout for now and we can change it as you gain, create a good foundation and feel ready to take on more.

Here is the Routine that I think will serve best for now.

5 minutes Bundled Stretching

Basic Stretching: 3 Sets of each stretch below

Behind The Cheeks to the Left: 30-seconds
Behind The Cheeks to the Center: 30-seconds
Behind The Cheeks to the Right: 30-seconds

Straight Down to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Down Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

Straight Out to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Right: 30-seconds

got one for girth because i am 8.5 inches of length on a good day but my girth is laughable i hate it!!

Ok,so you want to gain girth yes?Create a progress thread in the progress section of the forum,and post daily,so we can see what you doing wrong .

I think your girth routine is too much,that's why you don't gain.

12 min heat warm, up
20 min basic and bundle stretches
10 x 40 sec ssj
10 min pump
10 min clamp
10 min pump
10 min clamp
masterbate

That's 20 min pump and 20 min clamp + manual exercises..sometimes going overboard will not work.This it what i suggest you to do:

Warm up - 5 min
Bundles stretches - 5-10 min
5 min BathMate
5 min SSJ/Jelqing
5 min BathMate
5 min SSJ/Jelqing
5 min BathMate
5 min SSJ/Jelqing
Warm down - 5 min
All girth exercises should be done at 100 % erection level
Apply cock ring for as much as possible,if the expansion fades away,remove the cock ring and do a short 5-10 min jelqing or SSj set.

Remove clamping from your workout,clamping is dangerous,and you don't need clamping when you have a BM imo,much safer.

Do you still want length?because 8.5" in length is pretty damn long.If you still want to train length,add the newbie routine stretches for you length workout.But make sure it's a different session,don't combine length and girth workout in a chaotic way.Do length in the morning ( newbie stretches ) and girth in the evening ( the routine i posted above ) or viceversa.

Keep that routine.Stop adding/removing things..that's why you probably don't gain,you modify your routine too often..keep it ,stick with it,do it everyday.Simple as that.The 5x5x3 routine is the best/safest/quickest girth routine including a BM.


5 min warm up
15 min stretch
5 min ssj
5 min pump
5 min ssj
5 min pump
5 min ssj
5 min pump
5 min edge

Stick with that routine.Don't change it,don't modify anything.If you keep changing your routine you won't gain .Be consistent with this routine and you will gain.Adding a cock ring at the end of your routine it will speed up the gains.But edging works too.Try to hit 20-30 min of edging at least.

Changing constantly won't help you see the results with a routine not finished with a 5 month period.
