That is a very long warm up. What I suggest is to break it up into two 6 minutes sets, one a warm up and the other a warm down.
 
Yep that's a long warm up but sometimes it's so relaxing..i like to spend like 20 min in the bath to warm up,it's super relaxing.but if you don't like to waste time , 5 min warm up is enough to get things going.

I don't like warmups because it replaces time i could use to do the work. That's why limiting it to 5 minutes is good.
 
hey guys about the warm ups i hope u guys know that all im doing is putting a heat pad on my penis its not really an actual warm up but i see what you guys are saying maybe i should split it like DLD said because i have actually never warm down before
 
That heat is gonna aid bundles to break the tunica. The stretching portion also counts as warm up for the girth

Warm down is important.Always warm up-down.
 
I have never warm down either how do you do it childish? If its by just applying heat then I do that t every now, and again not always. Mike says testicle health massage is great as warm down too

A heat pad is fine for warmups and warmdowns, if you're just using it in-between exercises or while doing exercises then even better

One of the best practices I did in my early days was use a heating pad at all times I was not training. This kept me in a malleable state all day so any time I hit the PE I was warmed up, loose, stretchable and malleable.
