ok guys i dont know what happen but i guess the first post didnt go through so this is my second attempt on a thread..
any ways im new to this site fellow p.e. brothers and i like what i see this place is really helpful...
so some of my back ground is i have been doing p.e on n off for about a year n a half in tht time ive gotten pretty good at it..
but anyways my routine right now looks like this:
~10 min stretch
~100-400 jelqs
~5-10 1 min ssj
~5-15 5 sec kegal hold
~15-30 min clamping

my current size is 8.5 in in length and 5.25 girth yeas very skinny but goal is to gain 1 inch of girth and maybe half an inch of length
i also have the LengthMaster and a bath mate pump on the way
well my issue is i have not gained anything not even a millimeter in this year and this is really frustrating and demotivating as some of you know
basically i would like advice, experiences and tips, tricks anything would be helpful and taken in
i need help brothers thanks!
 
Well it seems your conditioned enough for the work ahead.Start a new program. You have an LM & Bathmate on the way so study the SRT routine & follow that religiously for 3 months & see where your at. Ask questions,stay motivated & the brotherhood will help you gain!
 
You need to be consistent to gain.There is no such thing as on and off in PE...if you don't put consistency into PE,it's just a waste of time.

get a device instead of manual only switch things up, devices will bring greater intensity to your routine aka faster gains
 
Well what are your goals? Length? Girth? Both? Either one, you'll have to up the intensity. Increase the time/reps of your stretches. Add stretches like __________ Stretch and Erect Stretch. For Girth I recommend increasing time/reps as well but also try and invest in a pump such as Bathmate :)

One of thehardest parts is discipline,sometimes im tired,depressed etc etc,i just grab the LM n start stretching.....i have had almost two months of non stop PE,i started in january 1st n i have taken breaks.evenso the dick got a bit bigger...new gains everyday!!

besides i wonder how many men would get to their houses after they left their jobs n start a PE routine a low percentage i believe:cool:
 
thanks for the reply guys yea it get really demotivating some times when you try really hard but you see nothing in return it almost makes you want to give up but i know that not an option

im welcome to more input i would like to hear your guys training routine

ill be doing srt since i have all the items needed

Awesome to hear! I suggest you also start a progress thread so we can follow your growth and help you along the way. Plus, having a progress thread gives you a great map to your progress to look back on.
 
Yeah progress threads will serve as personal motivation and motivation for others as well as evidence. You'll also be able to share things you've learned with your routine and get more advice. Good luck!

It is a very smart move. I can't tell you how many times I have heard of men not knowing if they gained or not because they never kept track. A progress thread is what any serious Brother will create when he starts training.

Yeah unless you're like me and keep track on your phone note pad app.

Have u gotten a PE device yet? Or just hands

hey guys sorry for the late reply i have been busy but im back for now...as far as updates ive been steadily doing p.e. maininly focusing on girth as far as results pretty much nothing at other then temp inflamation from clamping so i have a clamp device a LengthMaster and a bathmate but the bathmate broke so i sent it in for an exchange so im just waiting for that right now but like i said i have had no gains and its demotivating but i continue no matter what umm like always i welcome any advice i have been doing a certain routine just customized nothing special until i receive my bath mate back and then i will post my next new routine ...thank you guys for checking up on me
