Yep that's right...any kind of girth exercise should give you some sort of expantion...even a little one..if you don't get any expansion at all,you are doing something wrong.
 
Bro I don't know what happened today, I had to train for a good hour before started getting expansion<:(. Its ok though I'm done, and had great pump.

I did every session, they always went away in a few hours but I always got them.
 
You know at �other forum� they say you need to stop right before you get them, but I know I get them mainly when I have a good session. I'd really like to know acromegalys take on it though.
 
For me a big key to girth gains was getting in tune with my penis. Visualizing while exercising. Learning I could squeeze much harder than I was. Also maximizing my potential. When I found I couldn't keep as erect as needed to get the most out of my sessions, I started using low doses of generic viagra. Oh and I built up my hand strength as a stronger grip means a stronger squeeze, and better expansion. Weaker grip means less effective girth training.

All good points! Although Viagra I would supplement with other natural stuff because I'm still young.

Age is a non issue. That's like saying you wouldn't eat protein, or take creatine to get better workouts at gym. To each their own though. We are all at different levels of commitment.

If his EQ is fucked up why not?Maybe kegels are not enough..his problem is more serious :) Viagra is always good.

I would also like to add on top of all the other advice, is the time of day , not sure if It has been mentioned yet . but in the morning and evening my penis is more relaxed plus higher testosterone levels aswell , I jelq bout 2 hours before sleep , so my penis is more relaxed as its easier for more blood to flow into it , I get better expansion at these times easier then in the mid of day etc . its a factor that could be considered because I know for a lot of men we seem to hang lower and more bigger when flaccid in the evenings :) hope this helps or works
 
I'm usually burnt-out by bedtime. In the morning though I'm more than ready for training, maybe also around midday. Stretching you could do at anytime though.
 
I usually like to do length in the morning, when I am tired, not much focus is needed in length work. I save the girth work for the early evening when my libido is higher and I am wide awake and able to put in the massive focus needed for girth work.
 
Your libido is higher at night? I guess your brain is hard-wired for darkness. At night im usually more antsy, in kill-mode. I don't know why I guess I've just had more bad experiences at night than day.

Yeah, I never get horny during the day, only at night.
 
Try to build one routine i don't like this alternate thing..build one solid routine and be consisent with that.How fast do you jelq per rep?I mean do you have a 1 sec rep or a 3 sec rep?

Jelqing and SSJ should give you great expansion , you are clearly doing something wrong.
