No matter what exercise I do or no matter how "into it" I get. I can not for the life of me gain any temporay girth during manual exercise's. My flaccid length and girth are pretty big I guess especially my girth at 5 inches but I don't get any expansion. What am I doing wrong?
 
I have two routines which I alternate. Day one is jelqs at 70-80% for 20-25 min. Then slow squash jelqs I don't count reps . Day 2 is semi erect squeezes and Ullis for 10 reps.
 
Try to build one routine i don't like this alternate thing..build one solid routine and be consisent with that.How fast do you jelq per rep?I mean do you have a 1 sec rep or a 3 sec rep?

Jelqing and SSJ should give you great expansion , you are clearly doing something wrong.
 
Girth was tough for me too and I went months with no change. What got me gaining and kept me gaining was the advent of super-sets. You can find many of my earlier routines that used a super-set platform. The newest version of these types of workouts are in the SRT all in one workout. If I were you I would really step up my training by performing super-sets in some capacity.

Oh yea you could try some super-sets..if you have a pump go for the 5x5x3 workout from the SRT , if not you could try something like 5 min of jelq followed by 5 min of SSj / 2-3 sets.

You might need to up the pressure bro. I know some days I really have to choke the fucker out to feel thoroughly worked, while others I get expansion easily.
 
Yeah I find days like this even though I'm early in my PE adventure. Like, today I had a shitty workout, didn't feel like I got a good expansion from my 5x5x3 (I pump and standard jelq rather than pump and SSJ) but the other day my meat was simply huge. I hope I don't have too many days like today as it was so disappointing.

When you do your girthwork, roughly how tumescent are you?
 
I did a superset workout today that I will stick with and see what happens. I did 100 jelqs 30 sec slow squash and 30 sec erect bend. I did that for 5 sets. My girth went from 5 to 5.3ish.

That's good. Keep at it. You don't need to get too much expansion during your girth workout because if you push it too far you will end up with just fluid retention. Supersetting is a good way to keep the fluid down.

Also one thing to think about is grip strength. The exercises you mentioned are highly dependent on grip strength and if you do not have strong enough hands your expansion will be limited. Think about strengthing your grip, try some forearm exercises like heavy grips.

Since I believe grip strength is a limiting factor, try some devices to overcome that limitation. Since you do SSJs try dash wrapping at the base while doing ssjs. Refer to this thread: http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/...-with-soft-wrap.html?highlight=ssj,+dash+wrap

Regular jelqing is good to superset here to keep fluid retention down and move your fluid you are building up around.

Also there is more than one way to skin a cat. If your expansion isn't as good as it should be, perhaps make sure your stretching is on point. You can only expand as far as your tunica allows. In the past I only did girth work because I only wanted girth gains but one thing I have learned from the forums is that stretching and girth go together. They may not seem like it but they do and I believe that girth work in itself can only stretch the tunica so far (before it turns into fluid buildup). With stretching you do not have to worry about fluid buildup but you can still stretch the tunica. Regular stretching will help but if you you want to do more girth oriented stretching try bundled stretches. I like to do bundled stretches before I do girth work because it will give them more room to expand but I also do them without having girth work follow ... just whenever I can.

Lastly if you aren't do so already make sure you do active recovery using all day stretching or a 24 hour cock ring.

Well I don't think it's my grip strength. I workout all the time and can pull 505 lbs without straps so I don't think that's the issue. My stretching is pretty basic DLD routine with some bundled stretches added in. I have no trouble gaining length, girth is like a fairytale though.

Really put a lot of focus and intensity to the Bundled Stretches, these will help break down the Tunica and allow for expansion to be much greater. I a writing an article now on this that should be ready by the morning.

I hear you and I guess if grip strength isn't the issue, I would really focus on those bundled stretches ... maybe think about making them the majority of your length routine versus thrown in here and there. Also even though your grip is strong try some of the nongrip dependent exercises I mentioned above and see if they help your expansion.

Yeah, I can't believe I have not done this yet. The article is coming along, I just wanted to add all stretching positions to bring greater understanding to how and why we do certain exercises.

Watch a ����, something that'll keep you turned on and preferably around the 15-20 minute range. Get yourself about 90 -95% erect and grip (ok) your base hard as shit and jelq and kegel at the same time. Do this for a but until you see your glans beginning to become extremely engorged and your shaft should appear really vascular. Now before you start the exercise find something hard and fairly short, maybe 2 or 3 inches long or something similar to a toilet bowl. To get and idea let's use a toilet bowl. Once you finish what I said before, go right to the bowl and place the base of your dick near the end of the seat so 3/4 of your penis is hanging off the seat now with one hand I would compress it between the base and seat while kegeling, and the other hand use underhand grip and push all of that blood to the head(jelqing motion), I would do these for like 30 mins til I felt like my dick was going to explode (good way of course). If you're up to it give these a shot, they're a bit intense, however, they work.
 
This could be due to intensity. Make sure you're intensity is high enough :) That's most likely the case because expansion usually relates to the blood spots you get on your penis after a PE session or day (and you want those tiny blood spots)
