I can understand your skepticism, but your overall tone is that of extreme negativity. You're already setting yourself up for failure with your "sour grapes" mentality, and your unpleasant training methods will likely do nothing but get you injured. getting the kind of gains you want can be very time consuming..then on top of having to have to hide it..can be draining..i agree with Big Mike that sometimes letting your partner know what you are up to can back fire..but then at times it doesn't the last two girls i've been with knows about pe and doesn't bother me about it..and i don't have to hide it( i don't do around them either) but atleast she knows when i have some extra time what i'm doing and i explain what i'm doing it for...women probably have 1,000 more body insecurities as men..so if she understands that part of you that want improvement..you should be ok...good luck and hopefully you will stick with it long enough to see the gains you wanted.

i do have a couple of questions though if you guys could help.

1, if im pushed for time and dont want to over stay my bath time , could i just do say the routine say once and do the 300 jelqs and then through the rest of the day just have an extra couple mins in the toilet and do a few stretches in there?
my only concern with that is not warming up and warming down.

2, ive made a jelqing machine just like you see on ebay using a jar lifter and works pretty well but was wondering if it was better to do the jelqing by hand?

3, also today ive read that you shoulden't do the pe every day and should give your self off days for the tissue or something to have time to recover, i also read that it only takes 24 hours to recover but i cant pick and choose the times i do it, it could be 20 hours of 30 hours depends when i did it the day before?

4, the first couple times i did the program i got little red dots on the head, they have gone now but im guessing i was going to hard yes?
 
Actually, the little red dots are pretty common; not much more than a few burst capillaries. Not much to worry about...unless they never go away.
 
SYL3R whatever you can do when you can do it will be beneficial to you..some days you might get in extra time some days you might have to cut it short..but just stay in the frame of mind as long as your doing something!...obviously the more time you put in..the quicker you will see results..but some people gain on doing less..some have to put in countless hrs just to see fractions of what other sees..it is depending on the individual..and everyone is different when it come to rest days..if you want to take a day off..that is up to you..let the soreness go away or let things heal is fine..and it doesn't have to be a whole 24 hour window before you start working again..hope this helps
 
the stretching part is really hard for me griping the head and holding tight has forced blood round my japs eye leaving a red patch, but the jelqing is fine, bit boring but fine lol

do you need to do the sretches to gain lengh ? im guessing so or would jelqing be enough if i was to say do 1000 jelqs aday?
 
You really need to do the stretches as well. The redness around the glans is something I get to, i've read different things on what grip to use whilst stretching. I've heard that you should grip just below the head, and i've heard that you should grip the actual head and pull (which is what I do).

But yeah, the redness shouldn't indicate a problem, it goes away every single time for me.

You should be doing some kind of stretch. Why would you need to do that many jelqs. Focus on quality reps and making slow, regular increases.

One technique that works for me for stretching is start as close to the base as possible and perform one set of stretches there, then move towards the head about an inch or so-one finger width for me- and then continue on until I've reached the head.

To maintain a good grip I'll kegel blood into my penis until the volume from my grip point to the head is almost at a full erection level, gripping tightly to prevent outflow this "bulbous end" acts as a damn good anchor. It also isolates the vast majority of the stretch into the tunica & septum- away from the skin.
 
im glad people are actually replying :) , big al > 1000 jelqs was just a random number to be honest lol sorry , but im more in control of jelqs than i am with the stretches and i thought if the jelqing alone would increase it then i would do that many aday.

i seem to be wanting it to grow like an inch aday lol and im pulling really hard and getting pain, i will take it slow and try to keep it up, .
