Hello!
I wanted to make a quick post here and ask a (dumb) question to get started, but it would be better to give you some of my history.
I've actually known about PE for almost 2 years now - since about 2005-2006. I have been on some forums before and I've been learning from afar most of this time.
I've done different manual stretches in the past, used cheap pumps before, and even tried to get on a Bathmate routine twice. I'm sure I'd have much more results IF I would've stayed consistent doing something.
I have a new motivation now, and it's twofold.
One is my physical self: I can feel the effects of age starting to work against me as I'm approaching 40 soon. More fatigue, less motivation to get in shape, and just some family medical history that concerns me (heart probs on both sides of my parents). That and my bedroom performance leaves somewhat to be desired. I don't often get as erect as I used to (it happens on occasion), I don't ejaculate as much or as hard/far as I used to, and I've had at least one time when me and my wife were having sex that I simply lost my erection.
Two is my wife: I want to be able to please her more. I don't want to be the guy that shows off getting out of the shower in the locker room or has girls looking at my pants everywhere I go, this is for her. A few months back I got in the shower with her and couldn't get it inside her. Whether it's how long (short) it was or the fact that I've got some weight to lose doesn't matter, I just want to be able to please her more.
I don't have any historical girth measurements that I can share from my previous time training, but I can definitely say that immediately after using the Bathmate it was definitely bigger. I had a BPEL of 6.75" at one point that I was training.
In the not-too-distant future I am looking to get a LengthMaster - Penis Bundle Stretcher & Weight Hanging and MityVac - Wet and Dry Penis Vacuum Pump System after reading some other posts about them. That and possibly an ADS (might be difficult to use, might be hard to conceal in scrubs that I wear to work.
My (dumb) question is this, and I'm almost 100% sure I know the answer is no: Is there any routine that mainly gives you erect-only gains? I really would like to focus on that for reasons I've listed above. I know there would be changes seen while flaccid that would come anyway, but erect size is what I'm mainly wanting to work on.
If not, I'll continue on - I've got a few other questions but I'll put them in a different thread if need be.
