Hi everyone I've joined MOS in hope that anyone can help me with my a problem I've had for a few years when I was 17 I tryed jelqing for about a month and penis has never been same since I don't get morning wood and my flaccid penis is very firm. I can achieve erections but are not very hard most of the time I'm now 20 and am starting to worry I've permanently ruined my penis I've tried leaving my penis alone for a month or so but no improvement I even bought a Bathmate few months ago to see if pumping fresh blood in would help but still no improvement. Any help or advice would be very helpful!
 
Try kegels and see if they improve the situation. Have you brought it up with your doctor?

i get so Damn tired of people saying Crap like this. Seriously if your dick don't get hard to to the doc not to a forum. I actually don't believe you jelq for a month and now 3 years later you still can't get it up. If you were really looking for some answers you would have used the search feature or you would have gone to a doctor by now. I think the only reason this got posted is to stir up Bs.
 
I have already been to see 2 doctors both said there was nothing wrong even though there obviously is because I no my penis doesn't feel the same as it used to. I've also had blood tests which come back to say my testosterone levels are normal. Il try kegrls how do I no if I'm doing them right? thanks for advice
 
Rebel2011 I understand people might stir up some negative things on forums but believe me I'm not trying to I can see these exercises have worked for people I have tried various things to recover over years like essential oils, vitamins but there havnt worked I'm looking for new ideas and thought these forums may be helpful as thousands of guys visit them and have been doing pe for years and may give valuable advice
 
Try to stop the flow of urine while you pee. That's what it feels like and how you do them. Of course you don't have to be peeing every time but that's the way to see how they work
 
Well first off have you ever got an erection in that time? If the doctor can't find anything then Im going to say chances are there is nothing physically wrong with you. It just annoys me that people come here saying jelqing has destroyed their dick. Anyways you might try to get some Viagra and see if it helps.

Rebel 2011 I'm not here to condem jelqing jus want to fix my problem and yes I can achieve an erection by physically stimulating but it's not as hard as used to be anymore and I jus don't get morning wood
 
Hey Big 1,

Don't fret over your dillema. Did you do really hard jelq sessions? That might be why your not getting as hard.

Do you work out, or do a lot of physical work? If not, do heavy lifting and cardio. That helps with circulation as well as test. levels.

Doing "light" jelq sessions (as in pressure exerted by your hands onto your penis), for a long time is a way I fix my 'softer' erections. I feel this is natural with Penis Enlargement since you are growing.

I would take everyone else's advice and do kegels as well. This is flexing the PC muscle that stops the flow of urine. You will know when you are flexing it because it is very noticable when it is contracted, as in, you can feel it contracting.

This is not a big problem, with a little work and patience, I'm sure you'll be back in business. Take it easy with the jelq pressure and stretching. I'm only guessing but, this is what usually causes softer erections.

I'm thinking that maybe you didn't warm up or warm down.

A warm up and a warm down are vital in my opinion. If you don't do them then the circulation fucks up a bit. Doing Penis Enlargement for a few months without them could have contributed to your dilemma.
 
Thanks for advice am going to start doing kegels how many should I do a day? I'm in very gd shape I play football(soccer) twice a week and am currently doing power lifting training 3x a week, my diet is also good. I think my masterbation habits may have also contributed to the problem.
 
TAKE GINGKO BILOBA. Problem solved. I'm new here, but trust me. Get that, do Kegels, and you'll be set. If you really want to be able to get erections right away, Tribulus+ZMA will do it Guaranteed. They're all very safe, and will work. Trib+ZMA will give you morning wood so strong it might wake you LOL. Try Gingko Biloba first. Also, Do you have any anxiety related issues or depression? And are you on any medication currently?
 
I have no serious depression but do get a little depressed and anxious from time to time lately because I have had the problem for quite a while but nothing problematic. I will look into the supplements suggested Tomek are the any brands or types in particular that you would suggest? In regards to kegels how much should I do a day?
 
Start with 500 if you can. Then you can progress to holding them for 5 seconds. Do a hundred or so of those. Do as much as you can when you remember
 
You know, I do Bathmate + Jelqing with no warm up, and my Erections are now raging harder than ever in my life when I wake up in the morning. Honestly bro this might be all in your mind.
 
Kl thanks for advice on kegels and I'm pretty sure it's not my mind. I had been using Bathmate for last few months but stopped because I was worried the pressure mite aggrevate the problem as my flaccid was still firm And it still took manual stulation to achieve erection although my erections were little harder sometimes.
 
I would Highly recommend the brand Optimum Nutrion for ZMA. For Tribulus, I just took a generic brand from my local Vitamin Shoppe. For Gingko Biloba I'd go with a Brand called now. All of now's products are excellent and high quality. As far as kegels go, you may want to search the forums a little for your answer. I will tell you what I do as far as Kegels every day though. I hold for about 5 seconds then rest 5 seconds. I do 30 of those. Then I take a 10-20 second break. Then I hold for one minute and rest for a minute twice. Then I do as many kegels as I can in one minute. Rest for one minute, then repeat. Give it a shot! Also, your dick is alright trust me nothing is wrong with it. Get Some Gingko Biloba in ya and do some kegels you'll be fine.
 
Also, your PC muscle might be burnin a little after that lol Its a good thing. Just don't do 10,000 of em thinking the more it burns the better lol. Push yourself a little but don't go crazy. Has to be a gradual thing just like any other muscle.
