Hi there and may i simply say, what a great site. I am a guy in his mid 30s and i have found of late that i do not seem to have the flacid hang that i once did though i have never and dont have any issues with arousal or erection as of yet. I will admit i have been a heavy drinker for quite some time though that is all in the past as of the last week or so. My liquid intake simply consisted of beer coffee and soda though that has now changed and i am averaging about 3 litres of water a day.

A quick question, is it to be expected given that intake that my penis will look quite withdrawn and small on average given the previous fluid intake ?

Secondly i have been doing a kegel program that consists of 30x2sec squeezes then 30 rapid squeezes x2 then 10x2sec squeezes and finish with a minute long kegel with 30 secs between each set and i do this twice a day, is this ok and is there any other patterns which would benefit me more ? I will in time pick everyones brains as to what to buy as i have noticed using appliances does help but until then i will simply stick to the newbie beginner program.

If there is any other thoughts or opinions people could put my way i would more than appreciate and i simply want a healthy penis rather than a bigger one though it cant harm to add a little. I am also a bit confused to the terms for sizing when flacid and erect and would appreciate any links or input, the site can be a bit of a minefield for a newbie like myself. Also when jelqing, is it to be done when aroused and with some form of cock ring or clamp on ?

In regards to your penis being withdrawn stress can cause your penis to "turtle" or shrink due to giving up those liquids.
Kegels are fine.

Yes 100% do the newbie routine if you want more size but! If your just looking for a healthier penis jelqing is a great exercise.
Don't clamp yet when jelqing

I've always found its best if I'm about 80% erect and start slow nice 2 second jelqs start with 50 a day,then after 1 week add another 50 to 100 do this every day.

Use a moisturiser like Vitamin E cream or whatever's cheap a lot of guys use Vaseline but I find it's to heavy and messy make sure the moisturiser contains no parabens.

I've read you go up to about 200 a day but I'm currently up to 100 jelqs a day 7 days a week my flaccid hang is great and erection quality is better plus getting night time erections I haven't had them in ages:)

Also I do a couple of ulis during the jelqs a uli is when you clamp the bottom of your penis and squeeze hold for about 30 seconds then realise.

And don't overtrain it will only result in poor EQ

Hi and ty for the reply. Firstly when jelqing should i still warm up and down as i would when doing the newbie program and i have noticed when doing a practise run with jelqing that the skin from my sack begins to drag along, would using a ball ring help and also be safe ?

Secondly, i have 100% vit E oil so i ssume i can use this and i was thinking, is it normal practise to use �naked people movies� to sustain erection when jelqing ? I dont have issues with them when with my partner or in a sexual situation but i certainly dont get the spontaneous erections like i did say ten years ago lol. I will measure my flacid and erectile girth and length tonight though it has always been a grower and not a shower, it goes from a micro cock to 8 in length by 6 in girth though this isnt accurate (measured last week with girlfriend and a tape)

Any info and tips are welcome and thanks again.
 
You can warm up if you like its a good idea if you have the time taking a warm shower is usually my option for warming up I hardly ever warm down

I forgot to mention when jelqing alternate hands one holding the sack back the other doing the jelqs <--- make sense??

Dude if your 8x6 it's a size most guys aspire to be you could get to 10 if you stretched long enough
 
Hi cyclops and yes i understand now about taking turns with the hands when jelqing so yes i can restrict the skin from my nuts then. I dont know what you mean about turkey necking sorry lol

My size was measured with a tape by a gf a few weeks ago and at its thickest point it was a fraction of 6 and in length it was a fraction of 8 though we used a tape and i am unsure of exact accuracy and what people mean about fat pads and such when measuring, i simply want a nice flop.

I must admit i am in utter shock as to the programs and the positive outcomes people have gained through P.E.

I have so many questions and i am feeling so depressed to see my flacid state looks like my thumb, my thumb actually looks thicker lol but then it gets a life of its own when erect.

When doing the stretching, 30 sec to the left etc, is there a time gap beteen each stretch ?

I have decided i will just keep anything and everything i query on this this thread if the board members dont mind, it will save me cluttering it up elsewhere and may also help other new members seeing a consistant noob question thread ?

Warm up and warm down. Important especially if you want a flop effect. When it's cold your balls shrink and your dick turtles. The first sign of progress is your flaccid hang. It will start to flop like you want if you stay consistent with the newbie routine. Another great way to get a great flaccid hang is doing the newbie testicle health routine, where you stretch your balls down and your flaccid cock up, effectively stretching your scrotum skin. This is great for flaccid length and you'll notice immediately. Turkey neck is medically referred to as penoscrotal webbing, which is most prevalent in circumcised men. It's from the skin being too taught from lack of foreskin, and when you grow during puberty, your dick needs skin from somewhere to account for the added growth. Naturally, it stretches the pliable scrotum skin. You can revere it with enough ball stretches or ball weight. Between stretches? Long enough to get your hands powdered back up to get another grip. When you first start the newbie routine you might have irritated or sore skin near or under your frenulum. This may inhibit your intensity and frequency throughout your beginning training. It's ok, nothing to worry about. Keep your dick healthy and moisturized, I prefer 100% natural shae butter, it really helps with sensitivity, plushness of flaccidity and of course healing of any irritated skin, without the use of ointments or weird creams. Another aspect of P.E. is the gadgets, like you said. The best thing I can think of for flaccid hang is the Size Genetics penis extender. It's my favorite extender and it'll really improve your erection quality and flaccid length, even if worn only a few hours a day. Then there's the UJW, where you stretch out your flaccid penis as far as possible then wrap it with a Velcro ace bandage to keep it elongated. Immediate results again. Measuring, get a solid ruler for length so you can be more accurate, and use PBEL measurements (bone-pressed erection length) to have a solid base for future measurements. This is where you push the ruler as far as you can against your fat pad during measuring. NBPenis EnlargementL is where you measure but without pressing. This measurement will be contingent on body fat density in that area. For girth, tailors tape is fine, as long as you can wrap it softly around your erect penis. Some guys use string then measure the string, either is accurate. Lastly, warm up and warm down.

I have my brother renting with me so he may wonder why i keep going in the shower, or i could rest my penis in the sink of warm water ? Also for how long should you get it warm though i understand everyone differs ?

Secondly with regards to the turtle necking i am cut but i was cut quite late on when i was 14 and do have scar tissue around the base of the helmet area, could this be a problem or a restriction, i am not sure what you meant Vet ? I will also add, my balls are like apples in a plastic shopping bag, not sure if they are small or the sack is big.

Oh one more thing, when jelqing do i jelq to the end of my penis or to where the rough skin is surrouning the helmet base ?

I am confused as to the stretches, do i simply pull in the directions advised by my bellend in a pinching grip ? I have shae butter yes and i also thought of using olive oil or the Vit E oil as i want to use natural products where possible.

I just read DLDs beginner routine with regards on how to hold when stretching though i do wonder how i am to hold and stretch behind when it says i should be sitting or perhaps i missed something.

I use an electric heating pad, and I have it turned on throughout my session in case I need to warm things back up. You want it as pliable as possible because it's much easier to stretch. I usually warm-up/warm-down for 10-15 minutes, or for however long I feel is necessary to loosen things up.

I see what you mean. It's not so much how big your sack/balls are, but how it drapes. The tighter your scrotum is, the less your penis will rest downward. If your balls shrink up, like when it's cold outside, your penis will stick out more. If you stretch your scrotum like in the newbie routine you'll see how quickly skin stretches and adds to flaccid hang. The only thing I can recommend for the tissue abrasion is bio oil, Shae butter, vitamin E oil, Extra virgin olive oil. But you know this. :)

You should jelq right up to underneath the glans (head). When you get to below the glans, you should start the next jelq. The idea is to get as much of a pump as possible.

For stretching, the newbie routine calls for an OK grip under the glans. I find baby powder works very well for combating natural oils that might inhibit your grip. I find a nice solid grip with my thumb and middle finger to create the downward facing OK grip, with my index and ring finger to be secondarily supportive. You'll just have to mess around with it until you find something that's comfortable. Also, keep in mind there are many other ways to stretch, i.e. from the base. For now stick to the newbie routine if you can, so as to condition your penis for other dynamic stretches. I switch hands depending on the direction and use the opposing grip hand to intensify the force by pushing on the grip hand/arm. Hope that makes sense.. :)

You can measure you BPenis EnlargementL and then Bone-pressed flaccid stretch. The flaccid stretch measurement should be a little more than your BPenis EnlargementL, and a precursor to your erect gains. It's a good way to judge your progress.

As far as the skin under your glans, frenulum area, try to keep it moisturized as much as possible, and you will witness increased sensitivity, more elasticity, and of course a healthier penis overall. :)

Responses become habituated after receiving much help along my own journey; have to give back!

Behind the cheeks is basically behind the cheeks. :) For BTC, while in a standing up position, put your leg up on a chair or something like you're climbing stairs. It doesn't have to be too high, just enough to reach underneath the leg and grip your penis, effectively pulling it to the right, or left (left you'd switch the lifted leg). I use my bed frame as a perch. For straight back, I do a min-squat and grab my penis from behind my butt and push my scrotum to one side of the penis, then stand up while stretching straight back, and semi upwards (I find straight back to be more comfortable, less injury prone, and have a substantially better reach). It's one of the easiest and most powerful stretches; behind the cheeks in general. It's all about angles, so if you can stretch sitting and achieve the right angle for BTC then go for it. (I perform cranks sitting own, and that's pretty much it, unless hanging); when you get into hanging, it's mostly from a seated position unless swinging weights, which gives more of an incentive to be seated due to comfort. However, that's down the road from the newbie routine, and really aimed at gaining erect length rather than flaccid.
