In my mind girth takes a lot more out of your dick. It takes a toll on blood vessels, tunica, ligs, CC, CS, and nerves. And since your fully erect, or close to it, it adds more pressure on these structures. If you beat the hell out of your dick for it to grow at least let him take a break from the punisHydromaxent.
 
LilT211 what does your girth routine look like? I just added clamping into my routine. Now I do 20 total minutes clamping (2 sets of 10 min) followed by 20 minutes of the Bathmate. After clamping I get a 1/4" gain and after Bathmate an extra 1/4" is added, so 1/2" total gain after girth workout.
 
My routine looked pretty solid, mainly because DLD helped me with it. I was having problems with expansion so DLD said keep it simple. So I was doing 45 minutes of SSJ and around ten minutes of wet jelqs. Kept it simple. But I stopped premature as I started building my theory and wanted to decon before starting up again. I want to try my theory out on a rejuvenated and revitalized dick. Looking to start Saturday. But if you want to gain then next routine add SSJ. SSJ for the win.
 
I've been hearing tons about the Bathmate... You think this theory will work with the Bathmate? I can't apply it because I don't have one so no first hand knowledge.

I really believe my combination of Bathmate and Slow Squash Jelqs will bring the quickest girth gains with limited, if any, fluid build up. Wearing a clamp or cock ring after the workout allows the expansion to stick around all day. As I try to mimic priapism with Vigara I realize that the longer the penis is in an extended state the faster it grows.
 
All of my gains have come from intense workouts. Hanging to the max...Blue whale stretching that burned the skin...clamping....hell my first quick girth gain came from jumping right into ssj's without even doing the newbie routine...in hindsight I was fortunate to not get injured but I got kinda lucky...
 
Thats crazy but its the case with me as well. I have to decon for like two to four weeks and start intense. It just seems like my tunica is fifty layers thick. I hate it but clamping will get me an inch and a half of girth in two years so Im down.

The tunica is very dense and thick...it has only about 5% elasticity. The tunica requires constant, intense deformation to change. I am really hoping that The Bathmate, in conjunction with manual exercise (particularly Slow Squash Jelqs) will be the tunica buster.
 
DLD what are you doing to create priapism? I know you take vigara but what are doing exactly(prolong sex,etc.).I just got done reading some information about that word.

Is this why people believe ballooning leads to growth?

I took Yohimbe in the past. And I would wake up in the middle of the night with painful erections. They would last a long time. I would take that again but no matter when you take it, it effected my sleep quality so I need something else.
