so you basicly pump 1 set do uli 1 set and repeat that 2 times so that means x2 pumping sets and x2 ulis 2 times per day?

how much ulis you do in 1 set do you squeeze and push 5 times like original uli guy did or you squeeze and push 10 times before leaving grip

and question about pumping
so you go to high pressure for how long 5 minutes or 10?
do you repump during that time or you instantly hit high pressure and just wait entire set to end on that pressure?also do you have errection constantly while in the pump?
i assume you do cause you pump on high pressure
when i pump on low pressure i get no full erection but my semi errect penis CREEP up from normal lenght 8.5 inches to 24cm or 9 n something inches after some time and its still semi errect and then when i exit the pump its 8 inches flacid for some time

by readin alot of posts about pumping i guess thats the proper way to pump cause if you got constantly max erection in pump you are doing nottin tunica is locked to the max and cant expand and glans can enlarge to insane proportions but that is not true lenght

and fluid is gona come no matter what you do fluid is just way for penis helping himself to fill the empty space once tunca is streched to the max or is gona burst out
ps i use to pump with Bathmate X-40 but to much hustle with water and the way of pumping is completely retarded they should figure out some way to pump with hand pump that also pumps out water and that rubber looks like poison

My pumping is repeated steps until I no longer see elongation gains.
After a brief rest I ULI until my penis is engorged to the point of a glossy head and bo further neck stretching.
It is a much greater effort than the ULIs described on various sites.

Over the last month I have been able to do 2X per day sets.
Previous 4 months was about one set per week, with weekday cock collar and extension exercises.

My exercise is not the classic ULI.
I created it myself and it basically involves engorging the penis to beyond its maximum, forcing stretching and growth, but results in major discoloration.

I gradually pump in roughly 3 minute cycles until I no longer see elongation.
At this stage the vacuum pressure necessary to get to this point is over 15 inches Hg.

I repump as often as possible.
If I did not repump I would suffer blistering and the donut effect.

I have had some glans improvement, but nothing extraordinary even at my extreme levels.

The fluid retention and extreme pumping at frequent intervals is why I can not get a true length and girth measurement.

Any photos that I have posted show this effect.

what you describe here sounds more to me like a clamping workout. with a pumping action beneath the clamp. which makes sence. you pump more blood into the penis while cosing off the exit. a combination of clamping and jelqing if you may. hardcore exercise indeed,

gz on the results. and if you havent look at the clamping forum.... boy you will love it.
 
You may have found a better way to describe my efforts to date.

I am new to the terminology and have essentially done all of my efforts based primarily on my own understanding of the human anatomy.

BaddJack I have a similar type of thing going on with my gains. I took quite a while off from PE because of personal things going on im life.
I was water pumping with the Penomet and using the SG extender and doing manual jelquing before my time of PE.
I do rough PE and take things really far. I know there are lot's of warnings that you can over do things and make a "tougher" penis but I ignored those warnings and I got really good gains quickly. I'm not recommending doing that but I'm just sharing that that's what I did.
Then I took a while off PE and I was surprised when I took my measurements when I started again that my earlier gains were cemented.

So I have just recently gotten back into the PE again and I have been going at it very hard. I have been clamping, jelquing, wet and dry pumping, and SG stretching. I also wear a cock ring all day in between my PE exercises.
I can't believe how my penis is reacting to it. Like you I don't know what my truly flaccid measurement is right now cause I am always stretched and pumped up. The closest I see my true flaccid size is first thing in the morning.
I also added the wine vac mod to my pump and the pump pressure is incredible and I am getting an extra .5 to .75" more length pump out of my Penomet now with the mod.
When I first got my pump and was new to PE I was pumping up to in between 6 to 6.5". I am now pumping inbetween 7 and 7.5" in it every time and my girth in it is nuts. I haven't measured my pumped girth at the base yet but I think it muse be around 7" if I had to guess. I did measure my flaccid girth the other day first thing in the morning and it was 5.75"
The clamping and extra pressured dry and wet pumping has boosted my girth like crazy and actually it's the length I want more.
I just ordered an LG Hanger so can't wait for that.

So what I'm trying to say is I agree with you. I have always gone very hard with my PE and I have also had bruises, swellings in different places on my shaft, and a blister on my glands from the strenuous PE i've been doing but I am loving the results.

I also wear ball stretchers while doing my PE to help keep the scrotum down and out of the way and it also helps with keeping away the natural turtling effect of the penis in between PE sets.

Whatever works for us is what we gotta stick with. I've gotten my routine from a whole mix and match bunch of guys programs on this forum so all the info helps we just gotta try and see for ourselves what suits our penis's best I think.

What are your measurement cold if you stop pumping for few days, still same ?
 
It will take several days for the plump to go down.

It doesn't shrink back enough to require tweezers to fish it out.

I can barely pull it through an empty toilet paper roll when flaccid, the base is too wide.

Lengthwise I'd say 5.5.

The colour looks pretty natural to me, pretty equal to the legs skin colour.

I dont know how about you but hairs when pumping cause me some pain, you tried pumping compeltely shaved ?

I've never shaved, when pumping I pull back any pubes so that I maximize skin/tube contact.

My little fella likes to take a drink while I sit on a toilet, gotta rest it on the seat to keep it clean.

How severe is your discoloration? And is it even over the whole unit, just the top 75% or stripes/rings? How much darker is it than your forearm?
 
The discoloration is mild, and it is the whole unit after the constriction point.

How many clamps do you use jack? It would seem like a few since the heavy taper. Do you place them closely or how far apart?
