I'm looking for a routine that doesn't involve clamping to explode with Girth. I have went from 5.0 (I think, its possible that it could have been less) To a bit over 5.3in of Girth, and I can get up to like 5.6 Girth after a Penis Enlargement session. I started this all girth routine at the beginning of Aug and I noticed that most of my gains happened in the first 1 - 1 1/2 months. It seems like it may have stalled out a bit or I'm getting impatient. I would like to get to 5.5 or better by the end of November and 6.0 girth by the end of March (If this is a reasonable time frame) then go to and all out length routine with a small amount of jelqs for circulation and to maintain the plump look. I was thinking of doing a shock routine after my next 2 days off and try to exceed the 5.6 I usually end up with after a session. If I do that should I take the next day off or continue my usual 5 day a week routine? Also any other suggestions or routines would be appreciated as well. Thanks

I'd skip the day off and just continue on. Unless your dick is painful to the touch, or has extreme donut effect, keep working at it the next day.

I'm starting to learn that you gotta ride the soreness to really get results... and make 'em stick.

I may do clamping later but I don't have one right now. Plus I was having pretty good results at first. I may actually have to get a clamp now who knows, but I was just curious to see what some others had done in their routine as far as banging out girth as fast as possible.
 
DC4- You really don't need clamps to gain nice girth, but they are very effective especially for the lazy ones out there.

If I were you I'd mix it up form day to day, but make sure you get a good pump (as in after effect) with each session. You might want to do Supra Slammers one day, then Ulis the next, then Slow squash jelqs, then Horse440's. Pick exercises that you are comfortable with and know how to preform correctly.

Have like 3 tp 5 of these that you enjoy doing, the most intense one make it your staple exercise, and preform it everyother session because it is so intense. You might want to do two exercises on day for 45mins. Then the next workout you might want to do 3 different exercises 15mins a peice. Its really up to you make sure you are consistant, and are doing the work correctly. The key here is do the things you enjoy, that fatigue your penis, but does not fatigue your mind.

Also something that we all should do during workouts is pay attention to nothing but your penis, the way it looks, how it feels, how it reacts, how it heals....ect..ect..
A little soreness is fine, continue on like Godsize said. Learn how your penis responds to the workload it is given. Then tweek your routine based on your findings. As everybody is different, and gains come at different rates. IMO Penis Enlargement should be enjoyable and not looked at like work. Success comes so much faster if you are enjoying your work!

Good advice Crazyed. I have just been so ecstatic about the girth gains I don't want them to slow down at all lol. At 5.35-5.38 girth I was able to wear a Magnum condom comfortably! I was shocked! I ran and bought a box after that. I just want to hit 6in Girth by the end of March (hopeful) and then I'll focus on all length! If I make that I'll..man.. I dunno what I would do with myself :)

I feels good as hell to walk into a drug store and lay down a pack a xl condom in front of a cute checkout girl! LMAO Believe me she will look down at your crotch with a "Are you for real" look on her face!

anyway what size are magnums?
 
I believe DLD did a study on condoms and one could comfortably wear a magnum at 5.25 Girth and an XL at 5.75, and being as though I'm around... 5.35 or so I tried one and it fits great!
 
Also I have started to include 2 5 minute clamp/edging sessions - 1 Before I start my Penis Enlargement so its plump and "spongy-like" and the 2nd in the middle of the session. I may include a third at the end I'm not sure yet. After I'm finished my Girth is like 5.63 or so... or better I'll say that it goes up around .25 in after a Penis Enlargement session so I guess thats a good thing. I just want it to stick so my future Penis Enlargement sessions will be even bigger! Sorry for ranting :p
 
Good luck on your girth getting huge. One of the more material fun things about Penis Enlargement is definatly being able to pick up the large condoms huge confidence boost there. I cant wait till i can get the XL's though.

Sounds good! Keep it up and you'll be there! Your post workout pump will get bigger and bigger! If you need any help post it here, I'll be happy to chip in!
 
There are so many avenues to explore when we think about girth and up to this point, MOS wise, the best exercise for girth is Slow Squash Jelqs. When I developed this exercise I wanted to incorporate everything beneficial I had learned about girth up until this point. (keep in mind I am only discussing DLD exercises, there are no doubt other ways to do girth that may rival or even surpass Slow Squash Jelq, I am only speaking on my experience). SSJ's utilize a concept I have subscribed to for a minute being: MAXIMUM EXPANSION.

These 2 words, MAXIMUM EXPANSION, embody a much deeper theory that getting our erect penis beyond our normal girth capacity with every session forces the erectile tissue to deform, regenerate, expand and mutate to a larger, more capacity able, size. Getting the penis to an erection level that surpasses our normal size is not enough though, the actual exercise portion of SSJ incorporate squeezes, bends and a variety of other manipulations that facilitate the permanent expansion of girth.

For me, after a SSJ session, 20-30 minutes respectively, I go from 6.5 to 7" of girth. The half inch I temporarily gain, a gain I try to attain as quickly as possible (in the first 5 minutes) as I want to spend the predominate portion of the session in a manipulation state where I am training the expanded girth.

SSJ have been responsible for many good girth gains across the board and it will be a staple in many men's arsenal of exercise but I have good news that many make this scenario slightly skewed:D I have found the newest girth exercise, something so powerful it will change the way many of us view girth. I hope to have this on one of the projects I am currently involved with.

Don't sleep though, there are many other users here who have girth exercises that may be the best thing for you. Always educate yourself and be a living, ongoing experiment.
