Hi there I wanted to make this thread to see if anyone has some information on the lg hanger (a new vacuum hanger), as im considering purchasing it. I have heard from some members about it but would like to hear more about it, in terms of comfort durability and effectiveness, and how you would rate it against other hangers, bib, grip system, snake hanger etc. Please share your experiences thanks

Hey Coogi

I went and read their site. You could make gains with that system, many manners of protracted stretching will work across enough time, but I see three issues with it ...

-It's unnecessarily complicated with all of the fold this, tape that, pump the other, steps ...

-Of course one could just use less weight, but they're outlining a traction method that can just as easily overwork and tighten your tissues rather than lengthen them...

-And it's outrageously overpriced .. or to say highly priced (obviously due to the over-complication of valves and required hand pumps etc, but still .. ouch)

Go check out, .. and do it soon-ish, cos I just went by there too and they're ending some product lines and changing their website ..
Autoextender and specifically Autoextender, US, New Orders -- look over the systems there and see if any will fill the bill for you, any of those are half as much $ as the one you asked about. Having valves and pumps is unnecessary because the silicone sleeves give an airtight fit and then simply adding traction (weight) causes its own retentive vacuum force without needing valves and handpumps.

Further, I'd suggest a system I figured out over the years, it's even cheaper (if you know what all -not- to get), and has more ways to use it ...

Goto Autoextender Upgrade Center and get the 'VacExtender 3 Cylinder New Larger cylinder', ... the 'Constriction sleeve old version qty2' - or the 'new' one if you can figure out where it is ... and (i don't know your size) the 'VacHanger Sealing Sleeve Size Small qty3' .. or the .. 'VacHanger Sealing Sleeve Size Large qty3'. For the price you might just go ahead and get them both. So that's $55 for everything or $75 for everything plus both sleeve sets..

And here's how to use them ...

Don't rely on the hanger to do your major growth stimulus (like LG Hanger seems to advise) too much pure-tractive force can toughen the tissues instead of lengthen them. Instead use good manual methods like Newbie Routine and SRT (and even Bathmate) for the growth stimulus, .. and then use a light persistent traction force with the vacuum-ads as a sort of 'Jim's Wrap' ..that doesn't need constant rewrapping.. so the penis can heal/remodel in a stretched position.

(Stretched .. but not overworked ...)

What I outlined above is what I figured out/fell into when I was growing, and I could always hit any size I wanted no-fuss. I went 3/4 inch passed my length target and .2 inch passed my girth target doing this, then finally stopped ... cos wow ... and took about three years off. I'd come back by occasionally to visit, and a couple of times ago I see SRT ... which is Awesome IMO and the cogent explanation of what I'd always been doing with manual stimulus and tractive healing..

Should probably make a different post about this when I get a chance. Here's how I used the parts mentioned before ..

Take the 'VaExtender 3 Cylinder New Larger cylinder' and if it has a vent hole in it, you don't need that, ... cover it over with tape. It doesn't take much, a little patch of blue painters tape worked on mine.*

Use the 'Constriction sleeve' (of whatever style) to help restrict fluid buildup in your glans. Across time you'll adapt to the stressors but at first if you use an amount of weight or pull that causes a level of vacuum beyond what your tissues can deal with you can get some funky fluid retention in your glans or even like a 'boil'-type area of blowout. I'd just say that the odds of doing that with my methods are less than with the LG you linked because the forces will be lower, but like with everything start slow and pay attention and work up to more when you can. After some adaptation you won't need the constriction sleeve, which is great because without it you can get some extra head expansion at the same time 'for free'. I never liked the ridged interior of that old style but again you should use some manner of head constriction to start out with, and that's only $10.

Use the 'VacHanger Sealing Sleeve' like this ... roll up a bit of it for assembling onto the 'Cylinder'. Stretch it wider so you can get it over the cylinder as-shown on all these websites, roll some more of the sleeve up so there's a sufficient portion on the cylinder to 'grip it', and then leave it just like that for months or years until somewhere down the road it gets a tear or pinhole, then replace it with a new one. --- To put the rig on your penis, roll the rest of the sleeve up from the bottom and then stretch the entire thing up onto the side of the cylinder. It can be clumsy at first. You'll get better at this pretty fast. (Meanwhile) ... so you're not trying to balance this rolled silicone sleeve on the edge of something forever, you'll want to already be getting fully erect. When you are, do a kegel, a Uli, cram your engorged self into the cylinder, and roll the sleeve down as far as it will go. (You might also want a rubber cock ring or little strip of velcro or many many etcs at the bottom to help keep the seal if you lose your erection, up to you by trial and error. Do not use anything like a rubber band that could cut off circulation if it didn't have your constant attention.

Then, .. homestretch here, .. (lol) ... pick your 'weight' system for that session, and attach it to the metal ring .. or to a tied loop of cord as a replacement for the metal ring.

'Weight' can be an actual weight such as LG hanger shows -- except considerably less, ... or it can be a bungee cord (check out different colors of 'Fat Strap Bungee' cord (walmart, etc) these are amazing) ... or it can be another longer loop of cord or bungee which you can use for further manual work ... a manner of DLD's 'Footlong Stretch' is very easy to do like this. But be careful with that, you could very quickly be at higher stressors than the weight at LG.

Remember that the point of this is the anti-turtling/Jim's Wrap/SRT effect of healing in the stretched position ... you're not really looking to be Gung Ho with the vac hanger ... doing so is at the edges of its capability and also quickly escalates the level of vacuum force to where you would get glans fluid buildup and potentially also a boil blowout.

To remove the setup, just roll the sleeve back up to the top and, carefully or it can pinch you, lift one 'corner' to break the seal. If you wear it long enough there's a good chance that it'll break the seal on its own.

I can't suggest this, I can only say that I did it, ... but with having had enough adaptation and experience with the system, and using the Yellow Fat Straps so there was a lot of distance and 'give' in the setup ... I very casually slept in this setup pretty much any night that I didn't spend out at someone else's place. Again, this is for remaining stretched out for healing and remodeling, not for applying workout force. - At least not well beyond the couple of pounds available with the original 'noose'-strap spring-loaded medical stretching devices. And since (unlike noose stretchers) there is nothing restricting the normal flow of blood in and out of the penis, it can be worn for longer, or even radically longer, periods of time.

Now the *a little patch of blue painters tape worked on mine.* ... They didn't have the Large Cylinder yet when I was doing this, I don't know how 'Large' that new piece is, I can only say there is not really any point in having a smaller one (unless trying to wear underneath clothing). And the vent hole was simply a failure point to end the session before you wanted to. Makes more sense to cover it over.. and to break the seal when you decide to by rolling the sleeve up.

Since they didn't have the larger cylinder yet, I used some Aluminum foil to make a simple mold of the exterior of the regular cylinder and (in probably 7 to 10 steps) covered the foil mold inside and out with a two-part white urethane plastic. So, ... a custom large cylinder. Then drilled a hole thru the top tab and attached two lengths of looped cord - for various attachment tricks mentioned already. Of course the vent hole was left out of my custom piece.

Wall of text!!! But that's it. -- Three pieces, just two when you get adapted to doing it. -- No valves, no vents, no pumps, no folding, no taping, no hundreds of dollars, it does what it's good at and not what it's bad at, it doesn't have to be re-applied/fussed with all the time, and it takes about as long to put it all on as it took me to write this one sentence.

:)

I haven't used the LG but I used the Max-Vac and Max-Vac II for a year and I gained what I gained as a newbie in half the time. Check out my routine, it should be stickied in the routine section. Specifically page 4 or 5 I think because you're gonna want to tape it so that you can prevent fluid build up and blisters. Hanging in my opinion is the best way to go for length but it can be very time consuming. I got alot going on in my life right now but I do plan on getting back into hanging within a few months to reach my end goals. I think its much better than the traction systems which I used only after manual stretches or hanging when I was trying to keep the tissues stretched and induce plastic deformation. I never gained from traction devices or UJS alone but that doesn't mean they are useless, more like supplements to what you already do. I was in college at the time and studied everyday so I studied after I got setup. Good luck to you. The Grip and the LG Hanger I think are the only vac-hangers on the market right now.

No problem. If you do decide to go with the LG hanger get the package without the weight and handpump. In my opinion you will need a handpump as it will also prevent slipping thus preventing fluid build up and blisters too. But you can buy one from an auto store that works just as well. search the forum for the links to a much cheaper one. I bought a kaplan pump and used its hand pump with the Max-Vac

I've been using the LG for a little over a month and it works really well. I'm too conditioned to start gaining for at least a little while longer because I'm still building up in weight, but my flaccid is always bigger since starting with the LG.

Longstretch, how do you make the tape removal painless? I bought some paper tape but it takes several painful minutes to remove. I even put vaseline all over the entire area to be taped and it still stuck on there painfully. Any tips?

Yeah I know what you meanI would just dunk my dick in some water in a cup for a little bit or took a shower and it would come right off. I think I used 3M which wasn't as bad as some other brands. I only put vaseline on the middle strip so I could pee without taking it all off and still keep the tape glued to my unit. without soaking it will hurt like a bitch. Maybe try the painter's tape Asanon suggested as the adhesive on those aren't as harsh.

The length master is superior to any hanger out there. I will rather spend my time doing bundled stretches with the length master.
