When I'm "in a hurry" (woke up late, had a lot of errands to do before work, life happens etc) I'll do a quick 5 minute heat warmup and do 2 rounds of Newbie Routine stretches for 45 seconds each or 3 rounds at 30 seconds each.

When I have time though I've developed what I think is a pretty effective workout.

10 minute heat warmup followed by a quick massage to bring out more flaccid length

A and Y stretches, 2 sets of 1 minute each

Newbie Routine by hand, 1 round of 30 seconds each stretch. Rotary cranks are 15 clockwise and 15 counter clockwise

*Clamp into LengthMaster*

1 set A and Y stretches, 1 minute each
2 sets A and Y stretches, 1 minute each and bundled (1 time in each direction)

2 rounds of Newbie Routine for 45 seconds each as follows
- BTC stretches are not bundled
- all other stretches are bundled in the direction of stretch (left twist when going left, right twist when going right)
- straight out stretches are all done twice, 1 time each in opposite bundled directions.
- rotary cranks are done twice, 15 or 20 clockwise and same counter-clockwise

1 round of Newbie Routine not bundled (rotary cranks are done twice, 15-20 clockwise and same counterclockwise)

Warm down with 5 minutes heat, gentle massage, apply hydrocortizone


I'm sure my "in a hurry cause I screwed around too much" routine is effective as time wise it matches the Newbie Routine for each stretch and the LengthMaster allows more force.

My preferred routine is time consuming. I have to unclamp and unwrap a few times to stay comfortable and restore warmth, and blood, to my glans. However given all the stretching time and direction it gives a lot of length work. I'm hoping it gives good results. Plus it helps to make up a little for the days I'm pressed for time which seems like every other day.

I'm sure there's more I can add but I'm just wrapping up my first 3 months of stretching. I don't want to exhaust the tool box of length work right out of the gate. I'm sure if I was doing all the length work out there it'd take longer to plateau initially but I'd be out of resources. This way when I plateau I've got a stockpile of ammo to add in.

Seem good? I'm thinking it should be effective for quite some time.
 
I like it...especially replicating the Newbie stretches w/The LM. Hopefully you're keeping 'solid stats' and can report progress as made...
 
Doing the BTC to the sides with the LengthMaster is quite a challenge and I haven't figured out if I prefer doing them sitting or standing. Other than that doing the Newbie Routine is so much easier. You can push or pull on it, easily use 1 hand and still have more than enough force, and can switch hands if desired without losing force. Very simple.

I took measurements at about 7 weeks, right when I started using the Bathmate and I got the LengthMaster maybe 2 weeks later. I had some growth already but it'll be interesting to see the difference between 7 weeks of hand work only vs 5 or 6 weeks of Bathmate and LengthMaster. 1 more week until the 3 month mark and new measurements!
 
Mike asked Lightening and they let me know it's waterproof...so far no blistering

I've kinda fallen off the workout wagon the past few days. Stuff going on and shit in my head and life and all that. I should be back into the routine of things in a day or so.

I added washers where the wing nuts are as mine were starting to dig into the wood.

I'm going to attach the wagon hitch to my Prince Albert and pull it tomorrow morning!

My Bathmate sessions have been getting weird. I've been getting massive donut expansion from mid shaft to glans compared to a few weeks ago where I'd get a massive base and pretty even expansion elsewhere. I seemed to be getting more of the donut thing going once I started getting better LengthMaster sessions, basically blowing up in the Bathmate where I'm clamped in to the LM. The longest it's lasted is 12-14 hours so no biggie, just odd.

I'm not complaining but they should've come with it.

I will probably try to find some new bolts soon that have no threading on the first 1" or maybe 1.5". I'll have to measure the LengthMaster thickness to get it right. The threads catch when I'm trying to undo the wing nuts to either release a little pressure or all of it. It's no fun when you wanna let off some clamped pressure and have to push the pieces together a little more to get it to release cause the threads are caught up in the wood.

Thank you sir and I needed the pain. Got in my full workout this morning and feel really good.

When I hit my first size milestone I will post comparison pics. I've been told I have a very attractive penis with the Prince Albert. It certainly adds to the look and obviously takes sex to a different level.
 
Damn bro this is one hell of a workout!! I might have to try this out sometime soon. Have you seen any gains from this routine alone??

I have not measured since before starting this. I had gained 0.25" from manual stretching in 7 weeks and then I added a Bathmate to my routine. Not long after I got the Lengthmaster. I'm coming up on the 3 month mark this week so I'll have a short time frame to look at any differences in length gains.

Visually I didn't really notice anything in the first 7 weeks. Now I'm seeing a scar along the top and sides from what used to be the base of my penis. When flaccid it's almost a fingertip width. When erect it disappears.

I'm going to try to keep this up over the next 3 months and see what I get.

I'm almost afraid to do my 3 month measurements this weekend. I can see growth but I'm afraid that I won't see much. I think I'm actually more afraid that I'll see a substantial amount of growth (more than 0.5" over the course of 3 months) while I'm looking at my penis and thinking "it doesn't look any bigger."

I'm positive I'm going to need my comparison pics. I have an older pic, sometime in the last year, that had really good EQ and was taken from the side. I'll have to recreate it with the exact same angle.

Oh yeah, I'll have to take more pics too. While I've never been happy with my size I have always thought my penis was shaped very well.

Trust in the ruler and make the first length measurement a bone-pressed flaccid stretched measurement, especially when an erection is not cooperating with the measurements. Expect too see gains and they will be there. If making erect measurements be sure that you are at maximum erection quality for both length and girth. If this is going you issues with anxiety than wait to measure until you have some viagra to nullify this issue. I am praying for you to see some awesome gains.

I did measure yesterday but I'm doing it again today to make sure I get the same results. I don't have a flexible tape measure so I have to use a string to measure EL and girth. I've got a little bit of a tree trunk at the base now since starting PE and a gentle upward curve that throw off using a ruler.

There's gains but I want to confirm exactly what before I post about it.

I understand. As far as girth measurements go simply use a string then measure the string.
