I just purchased a Length Master and am awiting on it! My routine right now is doing a few minute of manual basic manual stretches, some DLD Blasters A, then I go into the Size Genetics for anywhere from 1 hour to 3 hours taking a short break every hour. Then I go into the Bathamate Girth Blaster 10 minutes batHydromaxat, 5 minutes slow squash jelq and so on. Lastly I finish with Hardcore Stretches.

My question:

My new Length Master will now be used as part of my manual stretches before I use the sizegenetics extender.

If someone can help me on routine maybe lasting 10 to minutes that would be great, with how many reps and time I should do each particular stretch? I was thinking of doing some of the basic stretches found in Phase 1 in the Lenght Master.

There are so many exercise out there, what are a few other great length exercises I can do with my Length Master before I go into the sizegenetics device?

I was thinking DLD Blasters A stretch (kegel and reverse kegel), bundled tunica stretches and I'm not sure what else, but are these exercises possible with the Lenght Master and I am a member of MOS so are these videos on the members website?

Are there actual Length Master videos any where showing how to do bundled tunica stretches, DLD Blaster A stretch, and other stretches?

Thanks guys just want to utiltize the Length Master as much as I can and do the best lenght exercise with it because I want to improve my lenght over my girth!
 
Hi countryboy. You will love the LM. It's a great tool. I'm more interested in length, so I recently began doing the newbie routine bundled as demonstrated in a video by Superdick in a sticky in the LengthMaster forum. It's very intense. I myself feel the stretch at the extreme base, almost like I'm ripping out the inner penis.

Wrapping is going to be the key. A quick search will quite few methods. You'll havento find one that works for tounthough as everyone is different. Many here are having great success with a silicone sleeve.

Angry is correct, wrapping is the key to LengthMaster stretching. If you are experiencing any pinching you need to rewrap. It will take tiem and practice to master but it is very worth the work. I suggest starting with some very basic stretches to learn. Basic Stretching is a great place to start. After a couple weeks you can move into Rolls, Bundles and Twists and these are where the LM shines!
 
Thanks guys! I will start off with the basic stretches in Phase 1 when I get my length master in. DLD after a few weeks I'll get into the more advances stretches as recommended by you!
 
The LM is a sweet tool. Stretching when taking off the SG for a break sounds really good and is exactly what I would do if I had the SG and is the best way to see length gains along with hanging. The LM for stretching and hanging, SG, and Bathmate combined is awesome. There are so many powerful stretches you can do with the LM it's the best tool for length.

When stretching I always do the bundles and rolls. Hanging with the LM is really good and if you don't have the SG, I believe bundled hanging with the LM gets the job done. Some good stretches with the LM, in particular I really like Bluewhales ultimate tunica stretch for finding extra length gains in the ligs. Footlongs straight downward with the LM has been the strongest stretch for me and can be done with two feet like your on a leg press machine lol. You can also do lazy ass stretches and basically any stretch in the book with the LM. For wrap I would get Thera-band and a good under-wrap such as whatagrip which can be found at Wal-mart in the tennis section.

Now thats what I call a workout routine, great advice and it is exactly how to really accomplish a good stretch and make gains!
 
Thank you Turnover, I'm glad a vet like you approves. All the credit goes to MOS and it's members because my routine never would have taken shape the way it did without help of MOS. I just started bundle hanging recently so I'm hoping I will see good gains from that.

Thanks for the compliment but I'm only in it 8 months longer than you so I wouldn't say vet I would say it is something I value as extremely important and you'll be on your way in no time :)
 
yeah Turn, pe is the shit. Have you seen any good gains over the 8 months? I seriously started back up about two weeks ago. Started using notepad to log my daily progress and it has really helped me stay consistent. I enjoy looking back and seeing what type of pe was done on that day. Over the two week period I noticed a brand new penis and decent length gains of maybe a quarter inch when fully erect. Recently an increase in eq from bundled hanging and kegel work.

For example I might do a few kegels while hanging. I actually tried doing reverse kegels at the same time I'm performing a standard kegel and it really helps me to locate an isolate the pc muscle. Has anyone tried this?

DLD Blasters were really popular with guys who hang as they felt the reverse kegel isolated the ligaments better than any other methods. There should be some old threads in the hanging forum if you want to research.
 
Thanks DLD for mentioning this exercise. The DLD blasters has been a lost and undiscovered exercise for me. I've tried in the past to find the thread on how to perform the DLD blasters but never found it. Now that I started hanging the DLD blasters should be a great addition to my routine. :)
