Well, the ride and the goal are the same- more and more gains. How to achieve it- looks like everyone has his own point of view and something different that works for him. :)
 
I always use long duration. All day long. Start of medium intensity and progressively throughout the day I'm adding more and more tension until I'm in a deep deep stretch!

Very true, the combinations of low intensity+ high duration= gains ...also high intensity+ low duration= gains ...and high intensity+ high duration= gains
The only thing thats for cementing would be low intensity + low duration
 
The VLC and SG go together really well, like blows and jobs, like pussy and vagina. Wit them, im in a deep stretch for 12 hours each day. Throw in bundles before each application and deep stretching afterwards. Gains, yeahhhhh. !

High intensity all the way bro, that goes for anything you do. Duration is custom, and your cock will always tell you when its had enough. The tricky part is being wise enough to listen, and understand it.
 
Well, I myself do the SG+PF combo and I honestly love it! The PF is an incredible device, but if I have to be honest guys, if I was you I'd go for a Vacextender instead of ordering both products (the PF and the SG). Never tried a vacextender, but many swear by it. Anyways- best thing is that you can use the PF for both ADS-ing and Extending. What better than this? Personally I have a modification where I use my PF as a BTC ADS all day long. Very nice! After this my ligs feel TIRED! :)

Are you feeling soreness in the shaft? This is a good thing if you are as this type of soreness is only from Tunica stretch.

That's pretty much the case :) I've been doing high intensity, but low duration, like 45 minutes. I may have to do 2 sets to get 2 hours of work. I'll try it tonight and see what it's like.

Soreness in general is a good thing,it means your routine is intense enough for you to make gains :) Soreness=Gains

Basically two handed bundled stretching. All my stretching I also do bundled. Also Do my cranks (helicopter pulls) bundled! Mr Tortelini twists!
