Are intense short sessions effective ? (with Phallosan Plus and Forte)

Hello everyone!

I have a question : with Phallosan forte (red tension) or Phallosan Plus stretched to the maximum, I can't stay more than 1 or 2 hours.

Basically, I wonder if it is better to do a single 6 or 8 -hours session at low tension or 3x2 hours at very high tension ? (and maybe passive Phallosan sessions after)

It seemed to me that the key to recruiting new cells lay more in the long duration than in the intensity of the tension, so Thanks for your help !

You need a more intense program then just using Phallosan forte to make any substantial gains. In my opinion the Phallosan forte is just a way to keep your penis elongated between stretching sessions. The intensity in the Phallosan forte isn't high enough.

There are better methods to increase your length then the Phallosan forte.

I suggest that you read SRT. You find that program in the Penis Enlargement Forum, pinned at the top of the forum.

Not true. High intensity stretching with less time, can give you faster gains then long duration stretching, on lower stretching force.

With Phallo (Forte and Plus) I manage to have very high tension for 1 to 2 hours, whereas with Size Genetics for only or 30 minutes, and the tension was lower. Basically, I typically do Forte "red tension" on the right for 2 hours, then when it hurts too much in the ring, on the left "red" for 2 hours, then 2 hours axial straight on with Plus. And the rest of the time low tension with Phallo Forte as often as possible.

I've read the SRT doc but I think for now it's a good base and when possible I add a 2-hour high-tension session with the Plus.

I want to tell you that you will gain faster with active stretching, and doing bundled stretches.
Just using the Phallosan forte will be a long journey for length.
