as this page is very true not just to a foreskin but overall the penis health
now i did have one set back under lock weight and i severly stress this if your doing a lock weight 12 hours only let rest another 12 hours
when i put the lock on the first time i pinched the skin by accident but its healing well you will feel the pinch i guarentee this if your not careful
overall the practice of lock hanging keeps the flacid trained low and elongated just make sure to match your size if you try this you will need to measure it the flaccid girth behind the glans
on measuring tape the inside diameter of lock is what you want to measure in locked position for your size iam a 1 inch inside diameter of lock
i have several weighted locks of dif weights i use 1 pound one now locks are relatively cheap just make sure you have the right one
somethings i cant do all day like Penis Enlargement so i resort to lock hanging on off times

took measurement today its been one month since started Penis Enlargement and i swear that doing a lighter routine has more benefits then a harder routine

now flaccid being locked up is reaching the point of a full stretch its not there yet but the flaccid is coming along im going to keep the light routine and see what next months results are going to

Update 4 days ago i started an addition to excersizes Penis Enlargement Jelqing hanging lock
i found theres a little company out on the net that makes ifaread heat pad warmers
these are smaller than normal sized heat pad and not as hot they stay at a constant temp for keep animals warm
well i ordered one i tested out on my leg for a night to see how much heat it produced not much
now the reason i got this was it has been constantly mentioned apply heat apply heat
a big heat pad would be too bulky and possible over heat your member a hot towel goes cold and the water could possibly do some damage to the Penis Enlargement
but the animal heat pad has a temp just enough to keep warm but not enough to burn
when in Penis Enlargement or stretch sitting i put the heat pad around the Penis Enlargement with my penis inside keeping it warm
this could be what people need is a constant low heat

most the time i had to reheat a towel and keep applied the bulky heat pad didnt heat evenly so i gave this thing a shot

Constant heat was a big part of my beginnings. I would use an electric heating pad during most times I was not actively doing Penis Enlargement. It definitely helped in gaining and healing. The SRT package, when it is available will have a very cool sheath that provides heat and stretch, with some other properties. Pretty much an Uncle Jim Strap for the year 2013!

small update today
i read in a post earlier one of DLD's he mentioned seeing stretch marks accross his penis
same as reading it has shown up on mine 1inch out from pelvic bone base with a second another inch noticible on shaft of penis
the stretch marks are a good sign that things are working pics with measurement is another great gain 1 month pics im going to stay steady on this routine im doing first month prooves to be real promising
teaching my penis to keep and build blood flow

i changed routine a little to compensate more gain and i feel the burn each day still but as a good burn
warm up in shower
still 100 reps in shower jelqing
4 hour Penis Enlargement
and the rest the day Lock hanging master lock 2 pound 1 inch hasp i moved up from a 13/16 hasp
ive worn the lock threw the night now my penis had to get use to a proper fit and when i take it off in morning to start day excersizes its like it wants to beg for it to be on again
i toss and turn and lock turns with body if slides off at night im not worried i got a days worth of wearing in sometimes found in bed under me twice just because leg position in sleep

when i bought my PRO Extender i bought the lower priced model basic good stock works really well never had trouble with it but at same time dont have the extra bars lol when the tugger by what i read gets gains going im going to need the extra bars both Extenders come with same parts from jes extender so i have extra bars
now this morning i put in for a size genics with a tugger
im going to give the tugger a shot and i finished off reading the whole thread on the VLC tugger many many pages
i always said if i had the moneys i would get whats needed but i would read up on all that i can
well on Nov 30 i started my journey today im starting the new journey to bring home an SG which in future posts i will reference extender as SG
been up all night reading so my post now might be little jumbled lol im still using master lock with great promise pics post before this one
i wanted to make sure quality comes first after money lol
at the time didnt have it had to work with what i had 15 wasnt bad for an amazon sale for a retailer going out of business saling off all there supplies in adult items
now i got chance which is once in a life time that i wont be able to spend this much for my wife and my self to keep the passion alive for as long as we can
we got alot of things taken care of during this past couple weeks and im happier now that things will be of quality
ive read the good and bad on the tugger im optimistic for use but gonna give a try if i didnt try it once i wouldnt know how and what it feels like

Nah, not for this guy Family is everything and seeing my Son with a Son is a right to passage, an incredible place where many mysteries are understood. I love that 3 generations are so strong now in the Salvini family, I only wish I could see Bob (Emilio) my Father's reaction to such a miracle. Parenthood does come with it's challenges but at the end of the day it is all worth it!

Small brain update

everything still working out here staying on same routine seeing how far its taking me i like the results
since Dec 31 ive had one hell of a brain ride my grammer slipped some my mind playing tricks on me words arent comen out the way i fraze them
nothing to do with routine just lot of real world stressors hit me im writing this here cause im having the feeling that this mental part is going to have some effect
on the work that i did credit card closed by bank someone jacked my numbers thank god they caught it
my sons schools treatment of him and his disability moving him to new school in a days time with out missing the next day beat having to do purchases threw back and forth driving to bank miles from home
yep it got some stressful but our lord upstairs was with me and im sure he kept me sain even though i could break down any second i stood firm in everything i do and accomplished it

DLD the SG and tugger on its way first attempt threw pay pal failed but recent with new card threw pay pal completed first minutes just waiting on delivery now :D

my blood preasure im prone to stroke or cornary heart attack gotta keep calm and blood flow has been best thing for me keeping my blood preasure at bay it has some place to go now
and take resistance off my poor little heart lol

Progress Update and its kinda funny too
you know loose shorts boxers and pants you know the hemlines
well when you wear a lock for bout a month straight everday after SG and Excersizes
you start to notice the hemline in the crotch is interfering with move ment of my penis which means my penis is still stretching
i wear on normal days boxers let em hang low belly button to penis base is 6 inches i wear my boxers at 3 inches lower than that at belt lineon me reference in pictures above
it is showing 2 inches past the boxer zipper line (no zipper there boxers call it the barn door)
and interfering with wanting to move to right leg from left leg this is feeling strangly weird but is weirdly strange but feels good
the is my power master lock stretch each day for almost a month now little longer now in january
i will keep updates informed i dont want to be a picture hog which will come at end of month for these but ill type out whats going on here Here

behind the glans in the mail i also picked up a 35mm incside width 45mm length penis weight these are 2 piece items they come with discrete bags
hopefully these work i like the lock but also at the same time surgical stainless steel does not corrode
neither does the lock with hardened polished steel if these dont work out ill use them in front of tugger like ron low showed on his video as added weight for right now
ill wear as they are and hard on which i had a couple putting these things on was fun to work around there supposed to fit snuggly behind the glands
so wish me luck as a new chapters are going to be born today

Jelqing works but it cannot be relied on as your all means of getting length and girth gains. The best way to jelq is to do it as an addition to an already existing length and girth routine.
