DLD do you think __________ got most of his 10 inches lenght by hanging or by extending? I heard that hanger is more effective than an
extender atleast for people who already gained alot, from the
Newbie routine etc.
If a guy made 2 inches in lenght from your beginning (newbie) routine DLD, what would you recommend for that guy to step into to make fastest gains? Would you go for the Bib Hanger and which one?
Im currently sitting 29-30 days on the
Newbie Routine (Phase1), gained lots about 1.2 inches (3cm in lenght) already in that short period of time. When I gain 0.8 inches which is left from that Newbie-routine I will be 8.7 inches erect lenght and a minimum of 6.3 inches girth. And here I really need your help DLD where to start next when Im done, could buy a hanger even but would need more information about that etc
