Hey everyone

I wanted to hear your opinion of Masturbation and EDGING because i gained big girth but nearly no length, maybe 0,3" after 5 months .. and didnt masturbate or edged at all ...

this question is especially for the big gainers how do you feel about this topic did these two things help or not ?

I feel like edging does give you a little pump, but I usually don't have time for it so I'll do a quicky bathmate which is pretty much the same thing even better imo.

People will alwasy have different opinions on this subject..let's split this subject into two parts :

-Length - Masturbation before a length workout ( by masturbation i mean with ejaculation,not just edging ) will improve your length workout,since your PC muscle will be tierd and it won't pull back,you can stretch better,and you're not going to get erect either,since you ejactulated.Also ejactulation after a length workout won't affect your length gains in a negative way...so masturbation when it comes to length gains is a +.

-Girth - Well , here , i think it depends from person to person.Some say masturbation is good after girth work,some say it doesn't matter,some say you shouldn't masturbate after a girth workout..for me,ejaculation after a girth workout is a NO . I lose all of my expansion,my dick shrinks like 0.5 in girth,and i feel like my girth workout i just had was useless...just train girth,and at the end,masturbate..and see what happens.

Edging is really good combined with girth work : I used to edge before my girth work for 5-10 min,it will just fill your dick with blood and prepare it for the girth work..also,edging after a girth workout is also good,it will keep that expansion.
 
I like edging, but only to cap off a workout. Things like SSJ and clamping would be more productive for growth. I liken edging to a cool down and orgasm control. It has a purpose in even advanced workouts, but is pretty mild.
 
I look at edging as method of gaining the best erection level and serious lasting time in bed. Edging for most men will also increase distance of ejaculate as the PC muscles are being trained as you bring more blood into your penis. Prolonged sessions will increase penis size as it mimics priapism which is the main cause of Mega-Phallus.

so maybe thats what i am looking for ... need some length really bad :D hanging at bpel 7,5 sometimes 7,8 but i want some more
 
One of the thing i will experiment with in the future is srt on viagra.

Basicly stretching in the morning.

And then through out the day do several edging sessions to get maximal erect size (lets say maintain an erection for 10 mins each hour)

It will take some time and dedication. But really think about how fast it can grow. You expand tissue and then you keep getting the tissue into the position you want to use it in (the erect one) its basicly the reverse version of the turtle effect.

Luckily i have a good amount of cialis laying around and a healthy heart :)
 
In general i dont have a problem with masturbation.

Do it before lenght. And after girth work as that is most beneficial.

And never do a quick masturbation. Atleast 25 mins. And practice pumping more blood into the penis with your kegels. This was what helped me defeat a plateau.

As I said, edging will do a multitude of good from gaining size to lasting longer in bed. It is simply part of a good routine.
 
I would consider Edging, but I would only do it maybe 2-3 times a week. The reason being is because if you let ONE go, meaning you shoot one, you'll have higher chances of falling back into masturbation. Now masturbation isn't bad or anything, it's good but in terms of PE I've seen myself fall into a state of just masturbation and skipping PE. Also doing Masturbation as a pre work out is better and should be kept at a maybe every other 2 days IF you want to do so. Limit masturbation though because it can affect your length in terms of dullness and erection. If you're masturbating too much you can't really get a proper work out because you're fatigued and your penis needs to recover from that session.

I tried looking up megaphallus or megalophallus online and there is virtually no solid info about it at all. The only results that come up are from pe forums and a public medical w

I'm not saying it's not a real thing but it doesn't seem to be recognized by the medical community or anywhere else really. Kinda weird.

megaphallus happens when men, who have Sickle Cell, have a symptom of prolonged erections called priapism. If the penis remans erect for long periods of time it will grossly enlarge but in most case it renders the penis impotent. In some cases, like Shane Diesel, the priapism enlarged his penis but still his erection quality suffers. Tony Duncan is another man that has Sickle Cell and again it is obvious by the enormous growth of his penis and it's poor eq. So I do not want men trying to mimic priapism to the point of injury, I am speaking about much shorter periods, maybe 4-6 hours. In those with Sickle Cell erections can last for days and this is where the mega-growth comes from but unfortunately in most cases impotence ensues.
 
That sounds cool in theory but I don't believe it does anything for growth. If that were the case every pornstar would have 10 inch dicks. Peter North has likely had 3-4 hour erections a few times a week for 30 years and he still only has a 7 inch penis. Michael Stefano once had to have his glans punctured and drained because he had an erection for 24 hours and his size is still the exact same.

No need to masturbate for 4 hours is all I'm saying.
 
Eding/Masturbating never really worked for me but thats just MY experience. Honestly, why would you need to do something else when you said your routine or whatever got you gains? Your routine isn't broken so unless you've stopped gaining then just keep doing what you're doing

I have to agree with this because if you train well your pump should be sticking around long enough to capitalize on that micro-growth during your next session.

Of course holding an erection for 4 hours will never bring Mega-Phalus, it is only a method of mimicking it in a small way. It is the long, 3-6 days of erection that causes the mega growth. So I am not saying to expect mega-phallus but you will benefit from it in a more conservative way. If you were able to hold an erection for days your penis would eventually deform, loose it's elasticity and continue to enlarge. This is documented very clearly in this thread by RedZulu:
