Hello newbies, hello MOS brothers!
I was recently thinking a lot about PE, and I came up with some good conclusions about entire PE thing.
Im about to write up my opinion and fundamentals in general...
This is for newbies, I didn't came up with anything new, just what I've learned in past year-year and half, some thing I didnt done and it cost me gains..
1. Don't EVER do just one girth or length, do them BOTH in routine, except if your routine contains length at morning girth at night, so dont SKIP girth if you are doing length, and vice versa.
2. Try and make sure you perform KEGEL exercises during actual workout, plus you focus on doing them few hours after routine.
(if you are newbie and you are reading this, kegel muscles are responsible for blow flow, and erection quality, they are vital in this!)
3. EDGE! Get comfy, put a fav �naked people movies� on the screen, or �naked people movies� story, or naked chicks in stockings (depends of what's your fetish haha) and start masturbating gently, dont go like a savage and force cumming, point is you go to brink of PONR (Point Of No Return) than STOP, wait for it to pass, than continue, make sure you use your kegel muscles during the edging, to strengthen them as much as possible, and if ou are able and have time, most effective edging is straight AFTER workout!
4. This point is important more or less, but what I wanted to say here, quit smoking, stop using drugs and alcohol (marijuana IS NOT a drug, to be clear), start doing gym, lift weights, SQUAT (great for PELVIS) etc.
This is pretty much of it, I know I be missing something like SRT method, and another cool methods, but like I've said I'm writing FUNDAMENTALS for newbies, to spare them of "putting pieces together" like I've had issues. Guys I wish you well and I wish you all dream sizes!
