Great stuff, Admiral..I'm gonna start attacking the lig along with inner penis.. Question. Do you think its better to do btc stretching flaccid or 20-40% erection. It feels more intense when I do it with a higher flaccid level, what do u think?

My penis shrinks briefly after a manual stretch routine..is this shrinkage the result of a good workout?

I remember DLD saying that post length session turtuling is due to an intense routine and the penis has to recover optimally so it turtles back. Not sure whether this is true, but I remember him saying (ok,ok, writing) that.:)
 
Sounds like its not a bad symbol. Ive been doing this consistently for 2 months. I squat, grab the base with my fist, and stretch btc left and right. I haven't seen any gains. Can someone who has made gains with inner penis stretching explain to me what they did and give me some honest words of encouragement..I'm frustrated.

Stretching inner penis, or Expressive Stretching can be done many ways. Bathmate Hardcore Stretches are a great method as they do all the work for you. Also, low, deep grip into the internal penis, right against the pubic bone and stretching from there will bring the gains with much more quickness too. Expressive stretching is just as important as any other stretching style and should be used to cover all bases. In PE we want to cover as much as we can in a session, this is why Basic Stretching has remained so valid in pe, it hits every possible angle to ensure you make gains from every possible place.

Guys, if I grip my inner penis at the base and stretch all angles will I gain? It seems simple but I'm really concentrating on stretching the actual corpus cavernous not the skin above it. Let me know.

The length master will allow you do the expressive stretching more better than your barehands. You want to do DLD blasters and BTC as well. All done with the length master.
