Guys, if I grip my inner penis at the base and stretch all angles will I gain? It seems simple but I'm really concentrating on stretching the actual corpus cavernous not the skin above it. Let me know.
 
Well expressive stretching is mentioned in the SRT thread and it is said to be 1 of the 3 ways to gain length (along with legament and tunica stertching). There are quite a lot of exercises you can do for this (some of them involve equipment (mostly the LM) and some not). I remember reading through these expressive stretching exercises threads last month. You want me to look for them and paste? :)
 
Most stretching is good. Just make sure to stay consistant on 1 or 2 particular areas that you are trying to stretch.
 
Thanks guys. I'm trying to do base stretching btc and base stretch upwards direction. I feel a nice stretch when doing so.
 
Ive been doing daily lig pops straight down for about 2 weeks and my erection is decreasing..must kegal
 
I've been feelin a good stretch with upward/chin stretching to the left and right. It made me think of erect stretching. I know theres threads on erect stretching but what's the overall consensus? Will you gain with erect stretching if you be careful?

I love lig pops, and sometimes they scare me. It's usually unexpected. What actually happens when you get a lig pop? Iggy Pop?

I'm not sure but the last couple weeks I've been doing 2/3 lig pops a day and my erection angle felt weaker and lower lower.
I've recently started stretching upwards and kegaling and my erection stretgth and angle improved

I can feel the thickness at my base and I'm trying to stretch that further out.. Have you experienced this?

you sure? Logic tells me that a lengthening of the suspensory ligament induces naturally a lowered erection angle. That doesn't mean that your EQ gets worse, it only means that your cock might not point in a direction as high as it did before. I don't think, there's a cure for this - besides I and probably many other Penis Enlargementrs don't consider it as that much of a sacrifice.
Erection strength might and will improve anyway with regular Kegeling but it won't increase your erection angle structurally.

No, I have never done expressive stretching. I only do ligament stretching. As DLD (and many others) recommend- ligaments (1), expressive (2) and tunica (3) (but some say to go for tunica after the ligs). When I max my lig gains (and they are no longer in the way of the other stretches (because they sure get in and make the stretch less intense)) then I think on starting this :). But it's very interesting to me to see an expressive stretch progress thread. Keep up, I would LOVE to see :)

Satyr u r probably right. I'm on anti depressants too and they don't help w my erections.
 
Has anyone noticed bone pressed flaccid gains and base girth gains as a result of stretching their inner penis? It seems like that's the progress I've made in a week or 2, no erect gains tho.

Guys, tell me about your experience w/ expressive stretching.
