I bought the Bathmate X-40 model some time ago and I have been using different routines/techniques to see how it works best. Now recently I discovered something really interesting. With a modify hardcore routine I have been gaining a temporary girth gain from 4,92 inches (125mm) to 5,9 (150mm) after only one single workout and that's only from the thinnest part of the penis. From the shaft and slightly forward the gains have been from 6,3 inches (160mm) to 7,08 (180mm) which is totally ridiculous. Length gains have been from 7,7 (195mm) to 8 (200). Of course these are just temporary gains you see after the workout but the interesting part is that the gains remain during the whole day. In order words you can temporary have a lot bigger penis for a whole day and have sex with it due to the fact that the gains remain during the day. On next day the swelling and the penis will of course recover to its normal size but being slightly bigger.

The routine:

Step 1: pump the erect penis in a filled Bathmate until you have a good suction and keep it there for 10 minutes. Then realize the pressure and take your penis off.

Step 2: Immediately or after a couple of minutes make your penis erect again. At this point you will notice that your erect penis is already slightly bigger. Do as step 1 but now hold it for 20-30 minutes. At this time you can use for istance DLD hardcore Bathmate streches assuming that you have good suction. Then realize the pressure again and take your penis off.

Step 3: Now basically you make your penis erect again after only couple of minutes of recovery and do the same as in step 2. Now you should keep the penis in a good suction for 30-60 minutes. You can always pump once in while making sure the suction is powerful. Basically the workout lasts for 1-1,5 hour.

After the workout your penis should be really swollen and lot more thicker. And when you make it erect again you will notice that the penis remain swollen, which is kind of cool. But this is a hardcore routine and should not be used by beginners in my opinion. I have personally been doing jelq and other routines for 5-6 months so my recovery time is quite fast.

Welcome to matters of size. Nice Bathmate routine, sounds very original and gives us something new to try. What is the fluid build-up like afterwards? Is it possible for you to take a photo and post it here? Possibly doing some jelqs or squeezes when out of the Bathmate would help more.

imo, yeah. I did one long session last night, for a half hour, did 3 sets of Bathmate hardcore stretches and rotaries, and had quite a bit of fluid retention...the fluid remained for a couple hours....For a long session like this again, I am going to use a condom and see how that goes.
 
i've been using the Bathmate for about two months now, and I still can't go longer than 15 minutes in a night without my dick looking like the hunched back of notre dame

if i were to do this my dick would just be a mutilated piece of shit.
 
If Bathmate workouts create fluid retention use jelq between sessions. I personally jelq all the time to minimize this, which has helped a lot. DLD Bathmate girth blasters are excellent to avoid FR but anytime when using water for a longer period of time it will create some FR no matter what. And again, I'm only experimenting different techniques and workout combinations to see different kind of results in order to find that optimal workout.

I will start a routine thread at some point with pictures etc. Now I'm 7,7 inches (195mm) in length the average girth being 5,6 (142mm) 4,92 (125mm) at the thinnest part and 6,3 (160mm) at the thickest part of the penis. So it gets thinner towards the head while the head is something between 130-140mm.

Are there any got technigues to straighten the penis cos mine is bend to the left?
 
Obviously using a condom will also reduce fluid retention even for longer sessions. As this was mentioned in another thread.
 
Have you thought of splitting up 20-30 minute sessions throughout the day?
 
Fluid retention will vary between men. Some men can go a solid hour without any FR while others need to be more careful.
 
Man oh man. I just got my first very noticeable temp gain. It took 40 minutes of pumping/hardcore stretching to get it but damn. 0.5 inch girth added. My dick feels alien to me!

It is so true though. That must be what it feels like for girls when they toss us off. Feels hella weird.
 
The very cool thing about the Bathmate is that instant increase in girth, it could really fuck with your partners head:)
 
Yesterday I did the following: 1. 10 minutes of slow squashes and modified jelq-technique where you grip the penis from the shaft with one of your hand and jelq towards the head with the other.

2. 10-15 minutes in the Bathmate.

3. Repeated step 1. and held held the penis for 20 minutes in the Bathmate

4. Same again: 10 minutes jelq/slow squash and then 40 minutes in the Bathmate.

I'll link a picture of my penis inside the Bathmate while doing the workout. For the record I keep my balls inside the tube in order to reduce pain etc.

Jealous that X-40 users can keep both their balls. Ah well, just gives me a good reason to out grow the X-40.

You know when you have temp girth gains? Are you meant to be able to get hard straight away after the Bathmate session? Just because all i get is a semi. Bathmate has made my erections a lot hard, but just when i got temp girth i think my body only pumps in the usual amount of blood which can't fully erect the new 6 inch girth. I know that sounds kinda stupid but it seems to be whats happening.

In time with practice and experience you will be able to maintain and keep a full erection afterwards. I do a clamping session lasting 5-10 minutes after my Bathmate session in the bath and at first it takes a few minutes but I become rock solid. Make a routine of doing this at the end of your session, buy a clamp or use a shoe lace around the penis. You will be glad you did and it doesn't need to be very tight either.

That doesn't sound stupid at all. Very logical actually. I've had this discussion before, I think this is why edging/ballooning is so beneficial.

You grow more penis. Penis has more volume. Penis needs more blood. Body adapts. In that order...
