Increase Your Length with DLD Expressive Stretching work for girth too? I have been thinking that when you stretch out the penis and when it contracts and heals that it adds length and girth slowly. I'm just thinking it is all. Its like stretching out a shirt, over time it gets longer and wider too.

Girth and Length are intertwined and do highly effect each other and their growth. SRT Theory is where I believe I touch on some of the finer points.
 
i just posted on another thread that was REALLY old so ill post here because this thread led me there. First ill say that I can not grab my entire shaft and get a good stretch.... when i pull all i pull is SKIN and the skin stretches without the ligaments gettting much if any pull. that is problem one for me.

problem two is that i started to get hair growing on the base of my shaft! a good quarter inch up or so now out of nowhere. this is not attractive! lol

and third i wanted to comment on the __________ post i saw. I thought iw as the only one who noticed that his penis did not look right. First off his penis seems to come out of the BOTTOM of his body instead of OUT like the rest of us. it has a lower exit point. secondly the skin at the base of his penis is scrotum skin if you look closely. it is thick and wrinkly. and his scrotum is very tight almost like he doesnt have a sac. in my opinion it looks like his penis got stretched TO THE MAX which pulled all the skin tighter. the bottom 2 inches of his base is scrotum skin. PLUS if you look below his head it has that "bubbly" fluid look that I get after I use the Bathmate too long. i'd say he pumps before shooting too.

How are you Expressing? Bathmate, Hand, LengthMaster, PowerAssist?

Get used to it, with every inch there will be more hair. Learn to pluck and shave to keep hair off shaft.

This was the picture that inspired me to come up with Expressive Stretching. The base thickness shows that he has Expressed somehow and his head scaring refers to him hanging.

I actually had never heard of expressing until today when I read a post here. So i tried it.... i just wrapped my hand around as far to the base as I could but couldnt grip any ligament. it was all skin. I do not own a LengthMaster yet but I will be ordering one soon. I'd like to start hanging and anything else if possible. I have been going strong about 4 1/2 months with the Bathmate, extender, and manual work. I have not made hardly any permanent gains. I'd say the TINIESSSSST in length i mean like an 1/8 of an inch lol. and as for girth.... if I pump every day i keep a good half an inch on girth. but if I take a few days off it goes right back to normal. i wasnt small to begin with so maybe I'm just a hard gainer? i dont know. but I'd say my program is about as its max use and its time to switch it up. I've been doing the pump, jelq, pump jelq, pump, jellq in 10 minute intervals for a few months now plus wearing the extender for 3 hours a day. as i said no spectacular gains, but i'm not giving up! My overall goals are not much more than what I already have. I was hoping it would come a bit quicker since I dont want that much.

and yes there is NO way __________ is 100% natural. but he definitely had to have a pretty nice size prior. OHHH YEAHHH my spongy ring around the bottom of my Bathmate came off... can i superglue it back on??? i think from doing the Bathmate deep pulls might have made it come off

Well if you have the Bathmate you can express by doing DLD Bathmate Hardcore Stretches, this is an awesome way to express. The LengthMaster will also be a great device to use for expression and you can hang and bundle with it too.

OHHH YESSS bro I already do the Bathmate stretches. i didnt know that was a form. i do those every time I pump.... i generally do 4 one minute hardcore stretches. Is that enough? how often should i do them? and for how long? how many reps? I in my honest opinion think that my little bit of growth i have in length is dude to my Bathmate stretches. when I do them I feel this incredible tug down near my asshole lol i can FEEL them working

I would suggest a 5 minute session prior to length work. This will be a good enough time to expose more inner penis and take advantage of that session by getting your stretching routine in. Do them for as long as you want to gain, they are a necessary part of length.

Excellent question! The further down the shaft you go the more you will be expressing inner penis. How low can the SG go? I have never tried but I will tonight. Ideally you want to be as deep in the fat pad as possible but your method may be a brilliant way to heal after expression.
 
Hey, I was trying DLD's expressive stretch and may have found something cool. In DLD's SRT thread he explained how to do expressive stretching with the PA. Here's a quote from the thread...

"With the LengthMaster or the PowerAssist you can do Expressive stretching your penis and balls through the loop and push heavily against the body. From here, using both hands, you can stretch the expressed penis."

After messing around with this stretch I found a simple modification that rocked my socks off, here's the steps.

1. Put your penis and balls through the PA, then put on the LM at the base of the penis.
2. Place the LM under your legs to gain leverage and close your legs.
3. Lean back and pull the loop of the PA upward using two hands. Or you can push the LM downward with one hand while your pulling up from the loop with the other.

That's it, you can do this sitting or standing. While doing this I was feeling that intense feeling of when you get a good stretch. I actually felt that tingly sensation at the the base of the penis which is a shore sign that the internal penis was targeted. I don't know if this has been done before or if DLD already came up with it. If so than I apologize ahead of time for taking credit. Thank you DLD, without your expressive stretching advice I would have never known about this.

Now that sounds amazing! I wish I had a PA in hand, I would try now (in the starbucks bathroom):) I definitely will try tonight, thanks for the exercise!
 
Why thank you DLD, let me know how it turns out. I want to note that you don't have to put your balls through the loop to get a good stretch. During the winter it's hard because the balls shrink and it may become painful. Also you can pull the handles instead of the loop to get a powerful stretch.
 
Hey, I may have found another internal stretch that feels even more powerful than the other one I was describing earlier. Here's the steps

1. Put penis through the PA loop and attach LM below the glans like usual.
2. Bring the PA under your legs, exactly like your doing down and outs.
3. Grab the LM and bring it straight upwards so it rests on your quads.
4. Now from here you can grab the PA handles and pull downwards while the LM is resting on your quads for leverage. You will see the PA loop forcing down the base of the penis.

This is it, I felt it to be more powerful than the other internal stretch cause your pulling the PA handles straight down. I like to do both stretches after a set of bundled LM stretching. It's great b/c you can just bring the PA down under your legs right after you finish the other stretch. Any questions let me know.

The PowerAssist is the best replacement for the LengthMaster, until it is ready. I will also be offering a buy-back program to bring even greater discounts to it's release, and all the old equipment will be repurposed and used as donations to the less fortunate.
 
All I have is a Bib. Has anyone used a Bib low on the shaft for this expressive stretching? I know from his forum, Bib seems to find base hanging worthless.

Some idiot at TP who is a moderator also dismisses the theory of inner penis, calling it "unsubstantiated hypothesis." Sorry if I've broken rules here - let me know if I have and I'll correct my actions in future posts.

So if anyone has any opinions on the Bib for low shaft hanging, I'd love to hear it.
 
I don't have a Bib but I could see where it would work similar to the LM. If you have a Bib try it out and let us know what you think. Also just out of curiosity why did Bib say base hanging was worthless? Does he think its too much skin stretch?
