I agree. I am so happy this thread is getting traffic and additions, I believe we are definitely onto something big.
 
DLD, with the LengthMaster lower shaft stretching exercise, should it just be worked and stretched or should it be twisted and bundled?

I would suggest doing both. If you are doing 4 sets do 2 of each.

so far not much to report..the stretch feels a little awkward. perhaps because i have my hands full now. i do feel the stretch but im not sure how much i should pull because this feeling is TOTALLY new to me
 
Tried the expressive stretching manually today, feels great. One thing I did to increase intensity was pull back with your hips to increase the amount of force (so you are pulling with your hand and pulling away with your body). Also, walking around in slight lunge steps made me feel an extra pull in my ligaments I think. Just my $0.02.

Keep it up! I like your modification too. Expressive Stretching, IMO, is the missing link to internal penis gains and expression.
 
I started stretching Like this about a week ago and I definately feel the ligs being stretched. Is this better than pulling behind glans? Should I be stretching the ligs or stretching the shaft/ tunica for permanent lengthening?

Adjust your grip at different positions during the set. Start as the base and work your way slowly up the shaft. Hardest stretch should be at the base.
 
With expressive stretching do I have to hold the scrotum or can I just stretch from the base without the scrotum? I find that I grab the penis as close as I can to the base and stretch...I then, while holding that stretch, take my 2nd hand and grab from the base again(the internal penis that is being pulled out by the first stretch) and stretch even further. It feels very uncomfortable with the scrotum and I can't feel a very good stretch. These seem to help plump up the flaccid penis. I'm thinking instead of doing helicopters after each normal stretch I may use these expressive stretches to get blood in the shaft and use my time more efficiently. Does it matter when you do expressive stretching in relation to the basic stretches?
 
I've tried doing Bathmate hardcore stretches after every session for a while and one of the best stretches I got from it were.. The Bathmate straight downward stretch, when pulling straight down with the Bathmate, also try to pull your body straight up against from pulling the Bathmate downward. I have quit all other Bathmate stretches and stuck to this one. :)

As long as you are backing the Hardcore stretch up with some manual stretches or SG work throughout the day you will be golden.
 
Ya the downward stretch is intense! Thats the only one I can do good without losing suction

Just went through this whole thread and I think I remember some of this when the PA first came out. I am going to throw this into my PA program below and see how this works out.

does manual stretching the penis increase the girth? I was thinking when someone wears a stretcher that it increases length and girth, i was wondering if its the same way with just using your hands. Sorry i've tried looking around the web but nothing ever came of it. just a lot of buy this and buy that.
