I came across this and this is the ideal model of how I would like to build my cock to. thick and massive shaft and have the thickness taper into my head. Right now I am focusing on the length aspect of PE, my girth is to be worked on once I hit the marker for my short term goal.

I currently use the Sizegenetics with the VLC tugger attachment and manual stretches. Still waiting to find something to use to stay in an extended state that is comfortable and effective.

I also have a bathmate and some cock rings I will have to trade out. But aside from the Bathmate and cock rings I am sure that I will also be needing to do some other form girth PE. What would give me effective girth gains that can help me achieve this marker?

Now I know its unrealistic to make my cock in this ones exact image, but I am using to as something of a marker for the most part, so no scolding me or telling me I wont be exactly like this lol. I have accepted that the moment I saw it.

That picture made me say "oh shit"... Thought it was your results til I read thread lol.
Besides using your bm, add some slow jelqs and even some horse squeezes for girth.

LOL brother I would be one blessed SOB to have these results lol. I will one day have something the same so that I can reproduce that same oh shit expression. I used to do a girth circuit for a short time that was compiled of Bathmate, jelq's, Bathmate, SSJ. Intense and I would push too hard to where fluid retention was inevitable. I was thinking of clamping or something like that as well? What're your thoughts?

I used to clamp, but feel like the BM is superior. However, adding clamping, plus BM could be something to try out. 20 minutes clamping and 20 in the BM. I think I'll try tomorrow haha

that pic is a goal for all of us. i dont do any hand girth work. I just got back into using my vacuum pump for girth work 3 days ago. the varying intensities i can do with a twist of the dial is amazing and make for expansion like no other. i get more blood into my penis then any jelq or Uli could ever give me.

40 minutes BM maybe??? are you doing BM stretches yet?
 
Yeah i do them a bit at the end of each session. They're kind of uncomfortable so I don't do more than a couple minutes of them.

i used to avoid them to and the i made a video for them and while making that vid i had no problem. it was weird. i remembered them being very uncomfortable in the past. ill do them one day when i am really looking to hit the inner ligs in a new way

YEEEESSS same here. have u tried supporting the rim of the BM against your body? that is what help me i believe. i talk about that in my vid. even though you are kind of holding the BM up it still gives a great stretch
 
Bm stretches have been a mental game for me. It's like running for distance or lifting weights. Just getting over the initial few sets sets a precedent for you session. You just gotta sack up and do em. Been good with 3 sets of 4.5 min. Broken into 30 sec sets for each angle respectively.

What do you mean support it with my body? Today I realized turning the bm backwards gives way better suction and grip. It also hangs downward so its more natural. Whenever I do bm stretches I do them downward

i said, "have u tried supporting the rim of the BM against your body?" not with you body. you support the rim with your fingers. it prevents the testicle cords from being uncomfortably pulled at by the suction. throughout the video you can see one of my hands supporting the rim of the BM against my body to keep suction. i say this at 2:20 into the video

ah this is a good idea! never thought of that. downwards stretches in the bathmate kinda hurt for me, flipping it round may solve the problem.
 
Flipping it around is more comfortable, gives slightly better suction, and kind of aims your penis downward so it adds that little bit of lig stretch if you stay hard.

you grib the rubber instead of the plastic for better grip as you apply pressure outward creating the stretch? or better grip holding the BM in place so it doesn't lose suction?
