Well I fell off for a little while when I went on vacation, we rented a cabin and didn't really have time to pump. I got back into it last Wednesday then last night at work I broke my wrist. I can do stretches with my one hand but I can't jelq or get my penomet pump on :/ this sucks.

If all you can do is stretch with one hand, then you'll have to stretch with one hand. Hope you heal up quick.

Sorry to hear of your injury, that really stinks. Don't get too down, try to get a good stretching routine in daily using your good hand and concentrate on malling length gains for the time being. Once you heal you can jump back in right where you were.

Damn a broken wrist is a tough injury for sure. At least you have the one hand!!

Yeah I've been stretching morning and night, idk if that's to much but it's all I can do so I figured it wouldn't hurt. Basically stretch every 12hrs.

Yeah it's no fun, at least its not my dominant hand. I was tightening a 5/8s allen wrench with a pipe and I snapped the wrench and hit the floor and when I caught myself I broke a bone in my wrist and hyperextended my thumb.

definitely not to much. you cant to manual stretches to much unless it were to lead to skin irritation.

Hey, it is all you can do for now so give yourself credit. This may be a God send in the end, you may make some great length gains while your waiting for things to heal. I wish you a speedy recovery and I really hope the supplemental PE you are doing pays off.

Thanks guys, I've been stretching twice a day and tonight I was able to get my pump on so that's a good thing!

I was going to say with a little awkwardness you should be able to pump also. One handed pumping is not the easiest but it is possible and in your case it would bring a lot of comfort during this injury.

Well now that my wrist is fully healed and I have pretty much full strength back I'm back at it. Started again last night with a good stretch before, 3 10min set pumps and jelqing in between sets. I haven't measured in months to see where I'm at but I need to so I can keep track of my gains. What is something I can do to help with turtling? Not just after pumping but mine is all the time. I guess right now I have what is called a "grower" and I want a "shower" lol. I tried that anti turtling sleeve but it didn't really work for me.

Have you tried ACE wrap to prevent turtleing? Thisis what helped me the most. Check it out here: http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/...-ujs-ads-now-available-here-7.html#post624703

Yes an UJW or any sort of ADS like an extender worn for many hours a day should help turtling.

In my case what I have done is a lot of edging and SSJ together, and this has helped stop turtling. I am not yet sure if my flaccid is going to stay permanently longer, but for the time being this routine has helped a lot.

I found that doing many small girth workouts during the day, maybe 10 five minute sessions of SlowSqashJelqs keep me elongated and thick all day. I stopped doing this years ago but I remember when I did I had similar results to what you are explaining.
