I am focusing on heat, massage, and jelqs for improving circulation and reforming tissue again.

From doing erect squeezes (I guess a uli?). My penis wasn't all that conditioned (about 3-4 months on a befginner routine) nd I wanted girth. I read about a member from another forum named shortdog who didn't use rest days and had an intense routine. He claimed to gain inches in length AND girth in a matter of months or maybe a year, attributing it to high erection helps/ULIs and other dangerous exercises especially for a noob.
It is my opinion now that he was lying and making up his gains in order to purposefully cause people to injure themselves. He had no photo proof and when I called him out he left the forum and never returned.
He was full of crap but I believed him being young and impressionable and his going from like 4.5x4.25 to 6.5x5.5 in a small time frame was all I needed to hear to start adding Erect squeezes to my routine, gradually at first. Eventually I was holding them for 30s, kegeling blood in so it was very hard. I noticed veh pronounced veins and shortly after my EQ plummeted and I developed soft glans.

My thread in the injury forum still has not been approved. I hope it does get approved because if it keeps someone from overdoing It or gives someone else hope who is going through this, it will have been worth it.

I'm also usin the Bathmate and gm trying kegels again. I had stopped kegels because I would be doing them and then out of nowhere the tip of my penis would start hurting...that's when I looked and seen it was darkened In that area... And I believe that's scar tissue... I think. There was really bad inflammation at the time but not I can kegel jus fine without the pain ...so hopefully I can come up with a solution...would be nice

It has been a few months and i'm jelqing again for 20 minutes sometimes longer, but my erections are mainly 70% and they take longer to acheieve then before this incident occured. My erections use to be instant like literally the wind would blow and my unit would bulge out of my pants sometimes it became embarrising, but after this incident the problem is evident it's either scar tissue that has developed in the upper left side of my shaft or I have torn my septum or tunica. It's improving, but ever so slowly.

Igottagetbigger the best thing I can say is heat 15 minutes before Penis Enlargement and slow stretches, jelqs, firegoat rolls, slow pumping all in concert can and have the possibility to improve circulation which is our target. The tissue in your unit is highly adaptive to stress and I can certainly tell you there is an answer for you but you just have to find it bro. Your target is improving circulation, using heat to soften built up scar tissue, and allowing the blood flow in your unit to cause your veins to relax. It's a process timley in fact, but it takes time, work, and determination to get back what you lost my friend.

Anyone on this forum know the specifications on the vein, nerve fiber, or ligament that runs from the left side of the middle part of the shaft to the glans? That is the point of where I had injured. thanks again
 
BRO. I'm hanging again 4 to 8 sets a day light weight heating every session to promote more pliable tissue in my unit. I'm healing, my erections are getting better so it's all good. I can say anyone don't stop reduce the stress go lightly and your woulds WILL HEAL.

There's a good approach to this and that's light force with HEAT!!!!!!
