I just started hanging and I'm wondering if i use some pe pills like vimax from vimax.com will it just enhance and quicken my enlargement results?

i use to take these and they gave me harder longer erections and but never really gave me any length. so will they just help to have longer erections or will they just boost my results from hanging?

I would appreciate if someone could give me guidance.
 
pills are good for girth work. they wont make you bigger longer or whatever the add says. the just give you more blood flow. unless they soften tissues or ligs or something probably not going to help. but your choice never know

Pills are BS! I tried them, they didn't do anything for me.
 
Streaches and hanging please give me some basic routines and for how long that will help me please.

Does one have to do anything before hanging? I mean, if one has never done any Penis Enlargement before, can they buy a BIB and start hanging slowly? Will they gain this way? Is it safe?

Any help or reading material would be greatly appreciated.
 
It is generally advised that hanging should be done only by those who have already conditioned their dicks with 6 months or so of manual Penis Enlargement.

I would guess that with a join date of Sept 07 you have already met that criteria.

yes you do have to do one very important thing before hanging weights off your penis- EDUCATE YOURSELF. this forum is a great place, this section. i especially recommend BIBHANGER.COM, the faq section is great and especially the forum there. READ AS MUCH AS YOU CAN on the subject, heed the vets advice here and over there, and be patient with yourself! anything worth doing is worth doing right. cheers! :)

Is it bad when things go pop-pop-pop inside at the base or mid-shaft?
 
If there's no stabbing, searing, sharp pain involved, then what you're experiencing sounds mostly like ligament pops. Which are about as harmful, or harmless, as krakkin' yer knuckles.
 
Month 1 -- 5 pounds -- 5 days per week -- 45 minutes per day


Month 2 -- 7 pounds -- 5 days per week -- 45 minutes per day


Month 3 -- 10 pounds -- 5 days per week -- 60 minutes per day


Month 4 -- 12.5/15 pounds - 5/6 days per week -- 60 minutes per day

Okay can somebody tell me how many sets for 45 minutes?
how many sets for 60 minutes?
so after each sets how many minutes to take a break?

I think a productive set can last anywhere from 10-30 minutes.
 
Is it possible to have some increase in glans size from blood being pushed downwards (towards the glans), despite squeezing blood out while attaching the hanger? I want to avoid that at all costs, so i make sure i pulse it several times, as well as when the hanger is on.

Is some reddening also alright after i take off the hanger? it looks like a just-finished-with-a-hot-wrap type reddish color, i am hoping it has to do with circulation...
 
It's best not to complicate your hanging by trying to work your glans at the same time. Separately, at another time, you can do manual pressuring of your mushroom. There are several exercises for that, starting with jelqing, anything that raises pressure in the mushroom.

If reddening goes away, it's OK. Extreme hanging is something else again, and I didn't do it for the first six years. I have shaft and glans bruising all the time, and have to do lots of massage to keep it red not brown. It gets purple but can be brought back to red. Nuts, yeah.
 
I didn't see anything wrong with 20 minute sets to around 25 pounds, maybe more. 30 minutes might be OK under 20 pounds, or what? Over 25 pounds and I think a lot of us start coming down to 10-15 minutes per set. 40 pounds and up and I just can't do very long sets. If it hurts there's probably a reason :) I mean it will show.
 
Thinking back I believe my sets were always around 15 minutes with a 5 minute break in between sets. I would go all day most of the time as I had a lot of privacy.

Well i want to prevent glans expansion at all costs, so if i just pulse it before hanging and keep an eye on the color, i wont have to worry about it? I feel my glans is out of proportion with my shaft, so i am working on catching the shaft up to it.

Last night was my first experience with hanging, and i used the smallest weight i could find (2.5 lb plate) for a ten minute set, a long break, and a 15 minute set. Today my coloration has returned to normal so i think with massage and a heating pad i should be good. It will be a while before i consider any extreme hanging lol
 
If we remove the cube grid from an ice tray, fill it and freeze a long slab of ice, then prop the slab in the freezer so half is cantilevered, or unsupported underneath, then some day the unsupported ice will have bent down until it found support.

That's what DLD' 15 minutes hanging, 5 minutes off, ALL DAY, EVERY DAY, until your dick reaches support on the FLOOR, sounds like. Whatever it takes. Git 'er done. I'm adding minutes by reducing weight, headed that way.
 
There is not really much chance of gaining girth in the glans from hanging. All guys who want increased head size work very hard at specified girth exercises. Hanging produces mostly only base girth gains if any girth is gained objectively.
