Ive been using my extender for about a month now, i was advised on this forum not to follow the manual, which would have resulted in me reaching my FLS after about 4 or 5 months, so i started at 4cm less then my erect length, but now i am on 18cm from the base to the tip of my penis in the extender after just 4 weeks, this is the same length as my erect length, coincidentally, though i think my BPLS is at 20 or 21 now. I really endorse the idea of not doing what the manual says, because it just would take too long and i couldnt see how the results would come stretching at 3 or 4cm less than your erect length. So i conditioned myself for a couple of weeks and am now well on my way.

Thing is, im just wondering peoples opinions on the pain from the stretch, i can wear it for 30 minutes no worries, but then i get a kind of burning sensation in my shaft, this isnt a gland problem, as i can ease the tension on the glands to push out the blood, which also lessens the tension on the shaft a fraction at the same time. but the light pain in the shaft still continues. is this sensation a good thing, should i ride through it for as long as possible, say half an hour, then have a 10 minute break ?. The sensation only comes when i am in this extreme stretch mode. i can set my extender to less and wear it all day without needing a rest, as i dont get the burning pain feeling but im not sure its being as beneficial for my penis. im trying to work out this cell multiplication concept they talk about in the manual.

What method do you guys think would be most beneficial, is that burning sensation necessary an important factor in gains or is it maybe dangerous?
BTW i also do a manual stretch every morning before putting on my extender.

the stingy sensation is the result of your penis being stretched to new lengths and it's getting used to it. I personally use it 2-3 hours after each hour I take it of so my penis has some freedom and then put it back on. I feel that stretching at max for 2-4 hours is better. I can feel my penis getting longer and it shows after the measurements i've taken.

I agree, heavy stretching should be manual and Extending should be low load.
 
I believe do both if you can or want to. But train the penis for what it is. Your training something thats whole purpose is to engorge and enlarge. I really dont see how high intensity with heavy weight will do as much as low/moderate weight for a longer duration. If your pull something really hard when its made to stretch that short amount of stress, I just dont see it doing to much of anything.

When it starts to hurt unlock the the plastic tubes, but always try to keep a traction on your penis by pulling it out with your hand. Stay like for 2 minutes and put the extender once again. Doing so you should be able to wear the extender for a long time. So it is possible to do this trick each time pain start growing in your penis head.

On the other way, i think it is USELESS to wear the extender for 1 hour and stop for 30 minutes and start again for 1 hour. I did it and i had no gain. for instance, now i m going to go to bed in 30 minutes, and i am not wearing the extender.

So in this context, it is better to do a good 2 hours session than a 4 hours session where you will unlock the penis extender.

By the way, if i have 30 minutes or 1 hour in front of me to wear the extender only, i don't wear it because i think it is pointless. a session should last minimum 2H. In my past post i said 1h30 but 2h is a guarantee to get gain.

Another trick:
if you fasten well your penis head, it will last longer.

I agree with this, I think you need to go until you get the stinging/burning feeling in the shaft, however long it takes, and then ride that out as long as possible, otherwise it is only working as an anti-turtle device. I have not been able to get the sensation in a long time, even with a couple hours of wear time though. It seems that I can't get enough stretch without having slippage issues to reach that threshold. I have a very tough unit and it makes me a hard gainer. I remember getting that feeling from my Static Stretcher medium a few times when I was able to wear it for several hours (4 or 5 in a row) but that was rare. I still use an extender every free chance I get, regardless of how long I have to wear it because I feel like something is better than nothing, but I do think that I won't get any serious gains from an extender without the burning sensation. I might try the SS medium at night since it has proven to be safe for extended wear times, although I know night wood may pose a problem.

I've just begun using an SG, and I also was wondering about the intensity versus duration.

I wanted to post about something I read while looking into the BRAVA breast enlarger, which uses a "gentle and sustained tension." They have some information on breast tissue expansion here: http://www.brava.com/clinical-trial-results-growth.asp

I don't see it on that exact page, but I recall reading their conclusion that 10 hours/day of traction was the threshold for permanent breast expansion.

I did also read on this forum a few users who had run with low intensity and 6 hours/day without gain.

At any rate, I wanted to post that BRAVA info because I found it interesting in that it may be relevant.

Breast tissue is completely different than penis tissue, I am not sure this comparison would hold up.
 
I'm a beginner at the SG extender (my first week) though I have been doing Penis Enlargement since 2000. My experience so far has been that jelq and pumping have given gains.

Through relatively benign jelq (150-200 strokes each morning in shower with shampoo as lube) I realized 1.25" length increase in the first couple Penis Enlargement years.

For whatever reason, I took it easy on jelq from that point on. I switched to hanging (bib hanger) and also a cuffing method. I wasn't committed to the hanging but I did enough to determine that my body wasn't responding. I still did dry jelq and though I gained nothing, the penis was still improving in shape and fullness.

For the past year, I also use a high-dollar programmable pump. This is similar to a standard pump except that you can wear it for longer because cycles may be programmed into it. I haven't realized any length, but girth and shape have improved. I would guesstimate about 0.5" of girth increase with two hour-long sessions per week at -8mmHg.

My penis character has wholly changed from the beginning. Originally I had the razordick type, very stiff and bony, 6.25" length and about 4.5" girth. In that state it was very prone to damage and I could never do the things I do to it these days. I remember times when I bled from the hole, whoops, and other times when I had dark spots for months. LOL it was so weak back then. Looking at it now there's not a mark on it, amazing healers these are.

Over the years with moderate jelq and pumping, it sits at 7.5" length and 6.0" girth. I say moderate because 90% of size increase was achieved in the first year, but other character such as improved shape and fullness was borne in the longer term.

Anyhow, being bored and motivated with the new year, I am going with the SG extender and the Bathmate. I just received the Bathmate today, and I have been using the SG for 5 days.

Ok, my pee pee still has a terribly short flaccid length. ~ 3" or so. It's funny how my routine over the years didn't change that at all. So here with the SG I will admit that it is a struggle at first to adapt. I have to wrestle with a combo of hard & soft to get it all mounted, but now after 5 sessions I can see the light.

I stretch to about 7" right now, which is 1/2" below my erect length. I do this in stages, which is something I've had to do with the pump as well, to avoid skin pinching discomfort. So I always start out with hardly any tension for a few minutes to let the skin at the base become acclimatized. If this is rushed I will wind up with pinching/burning skin sensations halfway through my session. Then I extend the thumbscrews as desired, going one spring segment at a time. It's very comfortable then, with only the occasional skin pinch feeling near the base. I shove a finger between the base and skin for a few seconds to alleviate that.

I am pretty excited with the SG progress. From what I have read, the short-flaccid penis type will respond well to this type of extender. I can tell that erections are much stronger and easier to maintain these past days. I think that my short flaccid length was the bottleneck for gains. I mean, I cannot ever manually stretch it to erect length. It does not cooperate, so hopefully over time with the moderate stretch it will loosen up a bit.
 
when i wear my extender i try to do a bit of both....if i am wearing it for atleast 6 hrs in a day...i try to start of low tension get the 1st couple of hrs under my belt with some ease..then the next i usually turn up the tension. it helps with slippage issues if you don't try to start with high tension from the beginning.

Manuals: For heavy work, short sessions
Expressive Stretching: For internal penis stretch
 
Hmmm.

I only use mine for about 1.5 hours at the most. I like keeping good circulation. I'll wear it for 1.5, have a massage or do manual then wear it for another 1.5 and so on. I think if you wore it for 4 hours you'd do more harm than good. I get the cold head at 2 hours, no matter which way i'm directing it. So by doing 1.5 hours, at the end i'm warm and and circulated/
 
After gradually increasing the tension over the last 2 months I think I have discovered something interesting. At first I've made some very quick erect gains, and the BPenis EnlargementL seemed to grow exactly as the the extended length. The erection quality seemed better and everything.
After adapting to the tension I began to wear the extender at maximum tension since the logic seems more tension = more gains. The problem is erection quality has began to decrease in the last 2 weeks.
However I have made more extended gains in the last month than he month before that.

I've also stumbled upon something called 'fibonacci cell growth'. According to this theory cell division follows the intervals of the fibonacci sequence. Namely young, newly divided cells represent a lower number and verse visa.

The possible way would be to wear the extender in sessions which durations correspond to the various ratios in the sequence. I think there is a strong possibility to exploit this phenomena but more research has to be done.

Do you have a link on the Fibonacci Sequence? Sounds very interesting. EQ may be poor because of fatigue, and fatigue is something that is consistent with gains so it all makes sense. It will come back stronger than ever and to assure you will have even stronger erections I suggest you do a goos PC routine daily.
 
i personally shoot for 1.5hr a session but not upset if i get to one hour then have to take it off for circulations...i do feel like any extender work is better than nothing even for a half hour...if i wear it at work...i use low tension..so i can wear it longer at my desk...but if i'm at home i try to go high tension for the 1hr or 1.5 hr mark...either way i feel having it on, has to be doing something.

There are plenty of references but no saying which one deals with this theory in particular but I will post my findings once I've finished the chapter.

There is plenty about fibonacci on the web but I haven't found a detailed description of this theory yet...

i am a math head too, some say I am a human version of the Nash Theory:)
 
i do 40 minute sessions, sometimes an hour if i can take the burn. and i also use a shoe string instead. i have no slippage what so ever because i tie it tight enough. i haven't had any problems out of my simple ol' string and i have been using it for 3 months. it actually works better than the rubbery thing that came with my extender :) . oh, and the effects of the extender is helped by jelqing. i been jelqing for the last 2 months, and it seems that the results are coming quicker than wearing the extender alone. ( gain=quarter inch in 3 months.)
 
I do 90-120 minute sessions on extreme stretch. I do at least 2 a day (or 3 if its 90minutes) and 6 hours total on a good day.

But this is a bit relative. I would describe "extreme stretch" as going 25% or more past my EL on my SL. And also at 2200g or more on the tension. I would also say that after an hour or 90 minutes, it can be a bit uncomfortable... I don't see that all day stretching in a way that you don't feel it would do much. If you don't feel the stretch, I doubt your tunica is being affected much. But I'm new, so my knowledge here is limited, all I got is basic logic.
