First, DLD Pulse 110's, I at first did not understand these, but these are probbably the best length exercise there is. I can stretch a additional .5" on my FSL after I am done with these. They are a core exercise and you guys need to do them..Period

My Routine
Here is the Rotuine I Do
I promise you that if you do these, you will gain. With these exerises, I have hit on length, girth head size, width and flaccid Length. I do not want to see amymore posts of "I am getting discouraged and "Does Penis Enlargement Work" and "I am a slow gainer". Do the exercises how they are supposed to be done and do them ofter then you will gain. We come up with these exercises for you guys, and they work, you just have to do them. Even if you cannot commit 1-2 hours to Penis Enlargement a day, I know you can commit 5-15 minutes, I can get a shit load of stuff done in 15 minutes.
So I know that you can as well. Do these and you will gain, no doubt about it, dont worry about all the other riff raff, and wondering "what your LOT is" and "How much ligs and tunica you have left", and all that, It is BS, just freaken do the exercises. If you pull on your penis hard enough and long enough it will grow, it is only a matter of time. That is it. Go get em!
