I have both a noose which is pretty much the SG, and I also have a vacuum (cheap as well). Cheap devices work, they just tend to break sooner, but the basic laws of traction still apply. Moreover, I got tired of wearing my noose bc I didn’t have the privacy to take off/put on, as much as a noose requires, so I switched to the vacuum for about a month. What I noticed was while in the vacuum extender my entire penis suffered from slight edema, while the stretch never felt as strong bc that’s just too much pressure on my glans.. basically I can have a strap or silicone wrapped just below my glans and get more traction than if my entire head is in a bell. Could this be bc your penis head takes most of the tension? If that’s the case then I should have used the thickest glans protector I could find.. it’s similar to vac hanging vs compression, eventually your glans can’t take anymore, meanwhile some guy with a compression hanger is now hanging 30 pounds off of his dick! Lol.
this is just a hypothesis- distinguished from “theory”, u know? u can still gain with vacuum based extenders (many people have) they are just not for me..
oh and I just left the gym, wrapped the entire time! I hope things go well for u with the all-day wrap.. I hate my flaccid size and this is where jelq’s come in to my routine!
