First I think a lot of you all have passed up on some of the greatest exercises to ever hit the Penis Enlargement world. I bet that more than 95% of you do not even do these exercises religiously.

First, DLD Pulse 110's, I at first did not understand these, but these are probbably the best length exercise there is. I can stretch a additional .5" on my FSL after I am done with these. They are a core exercise and you guys need to do them..Period

My Routine
Here is the Rotuine I Do

I promise you that if you do these, you will gain. With these exerises, I have hit on length, girth head size, width and flaccid Length. I do not want to see amymore posts of "I am getting discouraged and "Does Penis Enlargement Work" and "I am a slow gainer". Do the exercises how they are supposed to be done and do them ofter then you will gain. We come up with these exercises for you guys, and they work, you just have to do them. Even if you cannot commit 1-2 hours to Penis Enlargement a day, I know you can commit 5-15 minutes, I can get a shit load of stuff done in 15 minutes.

So I know that you can as well. Do these and you will gain, no doubt about it, dont worry about all the other riff raff, and wondering "what your LOT is" and "How much ligs and tunica you have left", and all that, It is BS, just freaken do the exercises. If you pull on your penis hard enough and long enough it will grow, it is only a matter of time. That is it. Go get em!

Another excellent post by Supra! I think it is easy to forget what great excercises they are, especially when you are new it can get overwhelming.

Before I started my hanging routine, I was doing the POFULS. I found that I got an awesome stretch and BTC angles always get my ligs like no other.

Excellent post Supra, I will start refering to this thread a lot more since I am always left asking myself "Maybe I should do some different exercises." I started erect bends the other day with the clamp. Incredible pump to say the least and all of the other exercises I have done maybe once or twice but no more than that. I will start to follow these exercises now that I am more focused on intensity and consistancy. I am sure I won't get bored with all of these new exercises. Thanks for compressing these nice threads into one. :D

I am pointing a lot of fingers, there is no reason why people should say they can not gain, with all of this info and People like DLD and myself to help them. No reason at all.
 
Supra in your usual manner hit the nail right on the head. So as the man says get off your butt, unless you're sitting on your dick, and do some work.
 
Thanks Supra, I will be adding lots of these to my routine starting with tommorrows workout. I have NOT gained anything in several months which is very discouraging. They all seem to be great exercises.

I really appreciate you coming up with new variations. They challenge the penis in new ways which creates growth for sure. I also know you guys are the pros and have had time to see what works. I'm bookmarking this too btw:).

HAHAHA, Thats funny , but I think its also true though, come up with some varations or come up with something new. Thats whats the key
 
I swear everytime I start to feel unmotivated and want to just quit, all I gotta do is read your posts and I feel motivated again. Thank god I own a computer man. Shit wait, thank god supra owns one. haha.

I think these are the core exercises of Penis Enlargement. These should always be listed, and never taken down. I strongly believe that we should maintain this list. In order for something to make it onto this list, people have to use it and gain well from it. Variations are nice, but I don't think they deserve to be listed here. Just because an exercise is a year old, doesn't mean it is no longer a good exercise. Look at bodybuilding; the squat and bench press have been around for ages and yet are still the core of most routines.

We should tell people to pick 2 or 3 and concentrate on them and then switch to 2 or 3 different exercises. This would be great for overall development and cycling.
